Hotel Royal Heritage

Отель прямо в центре Сринагара. Но пешком до достопримечательностей далековато. Сам номер маленький, мебель, как и сам отель, уставшая. Отель требует реновации. Номер был не очень чистый. Было много волос на полу в ванной. Из плюсов, отель находится на тупиковой улице, не шумно.

My stay at Hotel Royal Heritage was absolutely outstanding! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and professional, making me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Mr. Shuja, the managing director, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the way the hotel operates. His personal involvement and dedication to guest satisfaction truly elevate the experience. It's rare to see someone so hands-on and committed to excellence—thank you for making the stay so memorable! The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The décor gave a royal touch, and every corner was spotless. The food was delicious, with a great variety of both local and international dishes. I especially loved the breakfast spread! Located in a prime yet peaceful area, the hotel makes it easy to explore nearby attractions while enjoying a relaxing retreat. I would highly recommend Hotel Royal Heritage to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again to Mr. Shuja and the entire team for such a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service and Excellent Food. Last week I stayed at this property and really impressed with the hospitality by the staff. And their food quality and taste was very good. They would arrange auto/car 24/7 at a very royal heritage srinagar kashmir, just fabulous place to spend time with family and friends go for it guys without having any thought....

The hospital is at a very good location and specially talking about the staff all the members were so helpful all the time and the staff is so polite and very good. Best Hospitality i have ever seen. All the staff members are very nice. Special thanks to Captain waseem Akeel not less than a wakeel Illyas bhai aka illaysi Mushtaq saab Junaid khan body builder Irshad bhai Model Bilal bhai And only lady staff member at welcome desk gives a very good smile and speaks only with expressions and not with words.
