Our stay at this Kashmir Holiday Resort was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to details were evident throughout our stay. The room was stunning, blending comfort with a touch of local charm that made the experience even more special. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. 🏔️✨ The food was delicious and a true highlight of our stay! Every meal was prepared with care and authenticity, offering a variety of flavours that made dining an experience in itself. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was a delight. 🍽️😋 Every interaction with the team felt personal and warm. They were always available to help, whether it was with recommendations for exploring the area or simply ensuring we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kashmir, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, delicious cuisine, and the natural beauty of the region. Clean, cute hotel with spacious rooms and nice interiors. The service is a little slow in the cafeteria, but the quality of the food is good. It is located away from the hustle of the city, but dal lake is still very accessible after a short walk. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit. The place also has AC, which is unfortunately needed even in Srinagar in the summers.

Stayed at this resort : it was a great experience . The location of the hotel is just on the banks of Dal Lake and the view from the room is brilliant overlooking the mountains and the lake . The rooms are spacious and well maintained and clean, The bedding g is clean. The staff is cooperative and helpful and the food is also very good. Will recommend this to other tourists visiting kashmir .

We had a wonderful stay here with my family. Rooms were neat, comfortable and cozy. Food was also great. The management was efficient and took care of our requirements as and when requested. Will recommend.

I booked the fanciest room they had after looking at lots of different websites. They said it was close to Dal Lake, but it wasn't really. They charged me extra saying it was a room with a view of Dal Lake, but it was actually 3-4 kilometers away, so you couldn't see anything. It felt like they tricked us with this. The hotel was in a really bad area, one of the worst area in the city. Getting there and leaving took forever, like 45-60 minutes each way. I booked for 3 nights with breakfast, paying almost half upfront. But after one terrible night, I left the next morning. When I tried to leave, they wouldn't let me and wanted me to pay for another day without caring about my problems. It was the worst behavior I've ever seen from a hotel in Kashmir or India. We arrived late at night in heavy rain, and because of bad food, a bad room, and terrible service, we wanted to leave the next morning. Luckily, we found a much better hotel nearby Dal Lake called The Wallison Hotel. We walked just 1 min to reach Dal Lake and restaurant from The Wallison Hotel. When we were checking out, we refused to pay more because we'd already paid extra and told them we were leaving early. But the owner insisted we pay more for canceling the room, even though we told them early in the morning. It felt like they only cared about money and didn't care about their hotel being bad, lying about it, or giving bad service. We even found stones in our Tandoori Roti, but we didn't complain that night. They wouldn't let us leave and made us feel like hostages just to get more money, even though we'd paid everything we owed. We stayed in Jammu-Kashmir for almost 12-13 nights, and this hotel was the worst, but all the other hotels and people were great. I really recommend that tourists don't go to this hotel at all, even if all the hotels in Srinagar are full. It's better to stay in a different city or another hotel where you get what you pay for. This hotel charged us like it was really fancy, but the service and behavior were the worst. I didn't took any photos by mistake otherwise get more clarity about my this review.
