The food and service are excellent and the staff is very polite and well corporative nazakat and fnb manager shabir chef farooq the rooms are very neat and clean front desk are very helpful ful every time thanks to team dewan mr.zuhaib the manager are very good

It was really a great experience in the hotel. With the great ambiance of lobby work a traditional kashmiri touch given to the lobby of the hotel. As i entered in the hotel i thought that i entered in heaven. A really amazing property with great staff and hospitality. Also the food was very good fitting to 5 star property. The restaurant staff and their service was amazing. Thank you dewan for such kind of hospitality and i recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy your trip.

Hotel has developed different feeling for me . Their special attention and care for the guests has taken my heart away. Feel like a family here. Have been for 3 days. Good they prepare reminds you of home and the service staff makes sure your all needs are taken care of . House keeping team make sure your service is entertained in the night as well. Thanks to the manegement of the hotel.

Great experience. Got a free upgrade to their suite. Fit and finish were excellent. Very comfortable beds, rooms. The interior is nice and the service varu good. The front team is nice. Nice location near the Shalimar garden. Good property. ****

As good as a 5 star hotel. Very aesthetic interiors like traditional Kashmiri artwork. Spacious rooms and hotel. Staff is very good. Service quality is high. Food is delicious and a wide range of veg and non veg options in the buffet. Prompt service and walking distance from market and Mughal gardens. Highly recommended.

We are a retired NZ couple who love travelling. The Dewan is a very nice & well run hotel with very friendly & helpful staff, with Arjaz the standout amongst many. My many efforts to correctly say "Thank You" in Kashmiri raised many a smile. May we visit again, Inshallah. Shukriya.

The hotel is pretty and comfortable! Mohd shafi, iqra Tahir, Uzma jan, Fancy jan, Khushboo jan, Bisma jan, Manzoor sir, fayaq sir took very special care of us and the stay was amazing. The hospitality, food, rooms and everything else was very comfortable for a family vacation!
