The staff is very friendly and nice! They are helpful and the front desk is 24/7!

The good . Great staff, great bed, good breakfast . The bad . Really bad smell from the hand basin when running the tap, coming up from the drainage . I think something may have crawled in thier and died . the TV control was a bit naff

The location was excellent, close to where we want to go to yet nicely out the way to be too busy. Would definitely book again.

Arrived at premier inn greeted by lauren. Immediately on arrival Lauren was welcoming. Requested a room with a bath Lauren sorted this straight away. Nothing was to much much trouble. She made my stay pleasurable. Happy to help with anything. I would definitely stay here again due to the one member off staff being on shift catering to everybody's needs and making my stay stress free and as enjoyable as possible. Lauren was very intentive to detail Happy to help with taxi services and restaurant recommendations. If it wasnt for Lauren I wouldn't of had such a care free and informative stay. Would definitely recommend staying at the premier inn chantry park due to the service I received.

My parents in law have just left the hotel after a weeks stay. Apparently this hotel doesn't make the bed nor do they clean the bathroom and floor daily. I understand they don't change sheets or towels but a quick clean around every day and making the bed is the bare minimum I expect from a hotel. This is not a budget hotel and yet the service is!!!!. I do not recommend a stay here.

Horrific stay, was told that all 3 disabled bays were 'reserved' even though the website states that you cannot ring and reserve- its first come first serve! All 3 spaces were empty the days we stayed and staff did not accommodate needs at all. Have always used premier inn but definitely wont be in the future. Wouldn't recommend.

It's what you'd expect for a premier Inn rooms were nice staff friendly, good easy to find it's close to the town centre, free parking free WiFi

The Premier Inn Chantry Park, is situated in an ideal place, with excellent comfortable rooms, on site free parking with a number of disabled parking spaces right next to the entrance, for an extra payment breakfast is a must as it provides everything and more you would want. 5*****

This is the second time we've stayed here. On this occasion there were other Premier Inn's and Travelodges that were cheaper but we knew what we are getting here. First of all, the staff on reception and at breakfast are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are super clean, yes they need updating and refreshing but as long as they are clean, I'm happy! The bed and pillows are comfy. Just one suggestion, a fan in the bathroom would be helpful. It smelt damp in the room after we showered. The hotel is set back off the A14 and feels lovely and peaceful. The selection at breakfast is spot on. We opted for continental and were offered porridge as well as cereals on the counter, muffins, croissant, pain au chocolat and crumpets. The coffee is good too, as much as you like. We didn't eat at the Beagle, the pub next door but we popped in for drink. Again, a really nice atmosphere and super friendly staff.

Having stayed at a few premier inn's I have to say this was by far the best, the customer service was outstanding, the lady on breakfast today is a valuable member of staff going above and beyond. With her happy disposition even though she was clearly very busy, To the man refilling the water and cleaning. Friendly and welcoming will definitely be coming again 😊

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in The Beagle pub next door was a lovely country pub, great food.

Really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was really helpful when i checked in and breakfast was delicious in the morning. My room was quite old fashioned but perfectly clean. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I also loved that there was plenty of parking spaces.

I love coming to Premier Inn Chantry Park, the reception team (especially Natalia and Zoe) are outstanding and breakfast is always amazing! Thank you Selina and Nicole for your excellent service and happy attitude! We'll be back soon , thank you
