Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park)

I have spent the last 3 weeks here and it has been faultless. Hotel is easy access and lots of places around to eat from. Plenty of parking which is always a plus. Big thank you to the staff too, Amazing customer service especially from Selina. Always kind and helpful in the mornings :)

Very welcoming from the moment we walked in, only booked one night but I extended for two nights, got to give a special thank you to Selina, she is a inspiration to premier inn, always willing to help, kept us fed and watered, and talking about about food, breakfast cooked fresh every morning and it was lovely.

I took advantage of Premier Inn's offer and got the room for a discounted price. I checked in late, approx 23:45 and so was happy to see check-in staff still on duty. Overall my stay was good. Cooked breakfast was good. I would have liked to see a USB phone charge socket in the room. Parking not the best but ok.

Stayed on the weekend 25/1-26/1 night receptionist Beth was an absolute delight. Breakfast was really good value and enjoyed it greatly, really clean rooms and well dusted corridors. Absolutely loved my stay, would be more than happy to stay again

Great stay at the premier inn! Would highly recommend. This was a special trip for us to visit our family, thanks for making it so great. Staff were all very attentive. Special thanks to Sylv, Selina, Charlie, Kelsey, Lou, and Lee for making our stay so excellent!!

Book 2 rooms in December 26 to 28 in 2024 for 5 people for 2 night and paid upfront for the rooms when I got there then paid for breakfast for me and my guest Check out on the 28 December 2024 all paid for so I thought On the way to London for 4 nights I noticed a payment for a breakfast x 1 then 5 minutes later a 2nd payment for breakfast so I called up and ask why are you taken payment for breakfast I have all ready paid for they say would do a refund for them but they didn’t do a refund the took a 3 payment for a breakfast so now make it 3 times on the 29 December I got up and checked to if the do the refund not happen they took 2 more payment out so I paid 5 extra time for breakfast had to freeze my card when I was in London called again they say sorry for the mix up and can take up to 5 days to get the money back £219.80 got the money back on the 1st January 2025 will not stay here again Call and complain they will not do anything for me as I am out of pocket
