I have very reasonable expectations at this type of a hotel. My husband and I often will stay at a hotel of this star rating when traveling in essentially just need a place to sleep overnight. No expectation of a five star resort. Aged hotels are completely fine and we've stayed at many. However, this hotel was dirty and falling apart. If it wasn't so late in the night, after a long day of travel, we probably would've left. The curtains were falling off and we're missing pins so they couldn't even be fixed. the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the bathtub had some brown residue. There was mold in the ring of the toilet, indicating the toilet had not been clean for sometime. The floor felt sticky and with one swipe of a tissue, the tissue was black.

Rooms are clean, has everything needed for a weekend stay, staff are very nice and helpful answering any questions you have

Stains on towels, Stains on bed cover & mattress, cracked floor tiles, black mold on walls, broken TV, broken shower valve, toilet constantly runs, & the walls are so thin, you can hear everything from conversations to neighbors blowing their nose,,,,, & every single working TV around our room. World traveler,,,, this was one of the worst I’ve visited in 40 years,,,,, not worth $40, yet they charge a $100. Don’t even ask me about the free breakfast,,,, pretty sad.

To say it was filthy would be an understatement. The bedroom floor was sticky. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Even the desk chair was COVERED in some dried sticky substance. There were crumbs, food, dirt and grime in every part of that room. When I took my morning shower, roaches crawled out from behind the motel-provided hair dryer. STAY AWAY.

I would have given them a much better rating had it not been for the bed; it was terrible. I’m a veteran road traveler and the absolute issue for me is the bed quality. I usually stay at hotels in this price point and am disconcerned with esoteric amenities, but the bed has to be right!

The staff was very nice, no issues there. We did however have roaches in the room, and the room was quite dirty when we arrived. We were very limited in budget so we expected some issues, but other than a comfy bed we can’t really vouch for much here.
