The room was clean. The property is declining. Bathroom had been refinished but not by a professional. No ELEVATOR. Our room was litterally the farthest from the front desk on the 2nd floor. Day 1 tv remote not working. Front desk replaced batteries but still didnt work and wasnt walking back. Day 2 parked close to doors to the room only to have the key card not working. Walked back to the front. They had only activated for 1 night. Also refrigerator not working. Property was close to our event. You get what you pay for. But we will not be staying here again.

aside from the fact the hairdryer was so broken...it blew air but, i thought my hair was going to be cut off.
My son thought i was using a grinder.
The facility was a good place once upon a time.
It was simply a place to sleep. Nothing more.
The breakfast was cold cereal, waffle mix, coffee in the lobby, maybe some juice. Couldn't say.

Room was clean and fairly modern, although you could see the updates were done shoddy, but again, room clean. NO usb ports in room. Ice machine was broken with a sign on it that stated "STILL BROKEN" with additional profanities. Breakfast was small muffins, waffles, oranges, apples and coffee in styrofoam cups, no other beverage options. Several signs stating you were NOT ALLOWED to take food to your room...sure bud, I'm going back with my muffin, and you can't stop me. It was a sub par stay.

Put us in wrong room. Keys wouldn’t work. Other people were complaining about the same problems. No coffee available.

Clean room and comfy beds. Hair dryer didn’t work and only luke warm water from bathroom faucet. Nice to have actual hot water.

Anyone can walk into the hotel. Outside doors are not locked. Hallways smelled like pot. Room is old and air conditioner didn’t work and had to move to a new room. Hot tub was broken. This place is a dump.

Hallways and rooms smelled of smoke. Doors from outside coming onto property are opened at all times and not secure/locked or have keyed access Anyone can just walk in.

The exterior was extremely noisy and busy. I spent a total of 4 minutes in the room before I declined to stay and requested a refund. The room was unclean, stains on the mirror and walls of the bathroom, paint chips on every wall and door in addition to being able to hear all of the noise from the exterior. After being assured I’d be refunded the facility went back on that request and neither I or ******* could get adequate customer service. I’m a traveling professional who runs a small business and I’ve never had this problem before. The poor customer service was just as concerning as the state of the property and room. It is not as advertised from the second you arrive sadly.

Nice location. Easy to get to surrounding attractions. Friendly staff when checking in. No issues with the booking in general. I would recommend a welcome book in each room to show nearby attractions and restaurants as well as basic info about the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Outdated. There were patches painted on the wall in a different color, so not appealing to look at. The door was difficult to open with the key card and never worked on the first try even though it turned green. You could hear everything around you. We were close to an exit and could hear people all through the night as well as in the pool. Actual conversations so it made me wonder if they could hear everything we said. Not very private. There needs to be a soap dish in the tub to set things upon. Or some kind of rack. The bed in the room and as well as the pillows were very uncomfortable and hard to lay on.
