Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. The best experience ever This was the first vrbo I ever stayed at. We had everything we needed when we arrived. All we had to get was food. The property manager was so welcoming and pleasant.

James is very welcoming on arrival, the house and pool is beautiful. The neighbors tend to play very loud music in the morning but wasn’t that bad, you can’t use the blankets on the beds so it’s better to bring your own blanket since he has throws in the closets. Overall I was very happy with my stay, he also takes out the garbage for you

Great Location! We had a wonderful stay at this Weeki Wachee home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a huge hit! We made lots of great memories together and truly appreciated how well-stocked and welcoming the home was. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and peaceful family retreat!

Absolutely wonderful stay We spent a week here and it was perfect. It was very cozy and safe feeling we have zero complaints and James was a absolutely amazing kind friendly host he checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. It was a Perfect week of relaxation for our family and will definitely be booking again

3 generations I met up with my sister to drop off my granddaughter for summer camp. My 80 year old mother joined us. The house was spacious and well appointed The pool was lovely. It was odd to have the owner around but he was kindWe are not new to VRBO and have rented homes for 20 years.

Great Location We came to Florida over winter break with our 3 Grand Children. The house was very clean and James’ communication was awesome. Highly recommend and will stay again if traveling in this area

Great stay in Spring Hill! Great location, right off of one of the main thoroughfares in Spring Hill. Host was excellent at communicating and checking in. Would stay again!
