AC Hotel Split

The customer service of front desk is awesome. They are patient to guide us to local food & attractions. Rooms are v clean & breakfast is great. Will recommend to anyone going to Split..

In booked 2 rooms, checked in together with my friends. Air Con in my room had been cut off 3 times at night, 11pm,. 1am and 3am, I have to call concierge to request to resume the air con supply, they disconnect it to save electricity bills. My friend who slept next door has no problem. I have sleepless night this was awful as I have to travel for long hours the next day. When requested for an explanation, the hotel concierge told me that the manager has no time to see me for this trivial small petty issue, to them, perhaps, but to us as a traveller, paid for AC Marriots fees and received such service in return is really an unpleasant experience!

A very good option at a quite good price. Location is a bit far from the historic centre, but everything is very good.

一次很棒的入住體驗

We booked a three night stay at the AC Marriott in Split and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. We arrived in Split at about 10am after an early flight and stopped off at the hotel to drop off our bags. We were told by the friendly receptionist that the room was in actual fact ready and we could access this immediately with no extra charge. The hotel itself felt spotless, modern and stylish. Upon entering the room our first impressions were very good, being greeted with a beautiful view of Old Town Split. We didn’t use the restaurant or include breakfast with our room so cannot comment on the food but did enjoy a cocktail at the bar. The hotel is outside of Old Town Split however we enjoyed being slightly outside of the busy centre and enjoyed the 15-20 minute walk to get there. (An Uber is about €5 and there are plenty around!) We made use of the spa on our last day which had gorgeous views from both the loungers by the pool and the sauna. We enjoyed the massages too which were very reasonably priced. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys being slightly out of the centre and doesn’t mind a stroll. All staff we encountered including reception, housekeeping and the spa were friendly and professional. We would definitely return if coming back to Split.
