Well of Life Luxury Rooms

Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment.

Our host was very accommodating, lots of communication regarding arrival and check in. Our room was perfect for our needs, in a great location, short walking distance from the Riva, restaurants and bars but far enough away that it was quiet. Would highly recommend for staying in Split.

The Double Deluxe Room with Balcony was an amazing find for our 4 night stay in Split! The location was ideal- walking distance to everything but just far enough from the center that you don’t feel crowded. There is a grocery store across the street and dozens of delicious restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. and the little balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening (and afternoon!) wine. The little fridge was nice for leftovers and beverages and the wine glasses, wine opener and a coffee set up was a welcome treat! Even thought there were other apartments on our floor, we never had any issues with noise. The bed was super comfortable and I was thankful for the large bathroom with all its counter space. The balcony had a line dry setup which came in really handy as we were still awaiting our luggage so that was a huge plus for us! Sandra the apartment manager was incredibly kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her love for her city and her love of people was so genuine and she really made our stay extra wonderful with her restaurant recommendations and insights into local attractions. Could not have been happier with the experience!

This is a lovely room in a building with three other rooms. Our room was very nice with everything we needed for a comfortable visit.The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything we needed.We had a sofa and a balcony.Our host,Sandra was very nice and met us at the property. As we were leaving early Sandra arranged our taxi for us.The property is very well located and is only a couple of minutes walk to the city centre.There is a supermarket directly across the road from the property.

I really like the property, it was clean, convenient and enjoyed my stay. The property manager, Sandra was very helpful with arranging for transfer to airport, great communicator—the whole check-in process was wonderful !

Sandra was the best host, she gave us our room promptly and also tips for sightseeing and good restaurants! Thank you

The room was spacious with lots of storage and a large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are situated within easy walking distance of the old town and local restaurants. Our host, Sandra messaged us the day before check in and met us on arrival. She provided us with links to recommended restaurants and when we had a question during our stay, she would promptly respond via WhatsApp. Highly recommend.
