As someone who uses a CPAP sleeping machine I was unable to sleep in the double bed as there was NO plug sockets near the double bed , only USB .. so had to sleep in the under single size “camp bed” Paying to call reservations - then on top be charged extra compared with online (at reception would of been even more) feels like you are being robbed before you even get to your room

Great place to stay very friendly staff the room was of a good size & very clean cheap parking close bye.

We stayed here for the weekend as we were in town for my sisters wedding. We were impressed with the size of the family room, usually the 2 children have to share a sofa bed, but they actually had their own single beds, so no bickering for once, which was music to our ears. The check in & out process was quick & easy, staff were friendly, polite & very helpful. This hotel doesn' t have it's own carpark BUT the carpark fee is only £1 - £2 depending on how long you park. Springfields shopping centre is attached to the hotel. There are plenty of shops & there is also a local shop & Lidl 5-10 minutes away, just go up to the roundabout & turn right & it's straight ahead on the right. I will be using this hotel next time we visit. Cannot reccommend enough.

Greeted with a lovely smile and a Very warm welcome by May at the reception, who also explained all the local amenities where I could get food and drink for the evening. After getting the my room for the night, I walked into a nice clean room. Thank you.

We have used this hotel many time and always had a pleasant stay, a big shout out to Chloe who helped me connect to the wi fi which was the code i was given, she sorted it with professionalism.
