Lễ tân cũng rất hữu ích và cung cấp tất cả thông tin cần thiết. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và tất cả các chức năng đều hoạt động tốt. Cảm giác lưu trú giống như ở nhà vậy. Các tiện nghi của khách sạn cũng rất tốt và dễ sử dụng. Đây là một kỳ nghỉ đáng giá.

Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

This hotel stands out in Surabaya for its high standard of cleanliness. The bedding was impeccably maintained, providing a genuinely comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The service was professional and discreet. I accidentally left a shirt in my room, and the staff promptly contacted me to inform me — a level of attentiveness that reflects well-managed hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

Chúng tôi đã đặt 2 phòng đôi và nhận phòng vào khoảng 7 giờ tối sau một chuyến đi dài, rất mong được thư giãn và tắm rửa thoải mái. Tuy nhiên, điều hòa và tủ lạnh nhỏ trong cả hai phòng đều không hoạt động! Một số nhân viên bảo trì đã đến nhưng không thể sửa chữa điều hòa và tủ lạnh. Cuối cùng, lễ tân đã sắp xếp cho chúng tôi đổi phòng, phòng mới tạm ổn, nhưng lúc đó chúng tôi đã rất đói và đã gọi đồ ăn phục vụ tại phòng. Chúng tôi cũng yêu cầu nhân viên kiểm tra phòng mới trước khi chuyển đến. Vì vậy, khi chúng tôi chuyển đến phòng mới thì đã gần 10 giờ tối? Điều tôi phàn nàn nhất là khách sạn rõ ràng đã không kiểm tra kỹ 2 phòng đầu tiên trước khi giao cho khách. Chắc chắn đây phải là quy trình tiêu chuẩn của Bộ phận Bảo trì và Dọn phòng chứ? Cũng không có bất kỳ sự bồi thường nào cho sự căng thẳng và bất tiện này?

Booked the hotel for one night as a stop over place when arriving in Indonesia. I arrived by taxi, and the next day caught the train. I chose this hotel due to the location near the train station. It was easy for me to walk to the train station, though the traffic is very busy and not always stable footpaths - it was ok for me as I had a backpack though would not be very walkable for someone with bigger luggage. I stayed again for one night when returning by train, then flying out of the country. Hotel was nice, staff friendly. On my first night I arrived late in the evening and was able to get vegetarian food from room service. On my 2nd night I ate out in the shopping mall that is located next to the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fact that there was a bath tub. Also, I liked that there were no plastic bottles of water; each room has a jug and you get water from the dispenser in the corridor. I did not have time to try out the swimming pool. The restaurant has a morning breakfast buffet with a selection of Asian and Western style food options, including having some items made to order...you can fill up for the day.

VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. FOOD WAS OK THE TOILET IN MY ROOM NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. i HAD TO ALLOW TGHE WATER TO FLOW FOR 23 MINUTES BEFORE THE WATER IN THE SHOWER BECAME WARM..

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Was a small room with the essentials you need for a night or two. Location was good and near most places.

Dịch vụ là tuyệt vời, họ tốt bụng, lịch sự và hữu ích. Cười không bao giờ bỏ mặt của họ và họ luôn cố gắng giúp đỡ nhanh chóng. Bữa sáng rất tuyệt, ngon, và sự lựa chọn càng tuyệt vời hơn, họ có rất nhiều loại thức ăn Indonesia. Phòng có kích thước tuyệt vời, sàn được quét rõ ràng, phòng tắm sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ ( mang theo máy sấy tóc bcs cái họ có không tuyệt vời như vậy). Nhưng thất vọng với các bạn dọn dẹp, mình dùng cái gạo và kính ngày 1 và họ còn không phiền dọn dẹp, chỉ đặt ở điểm bình thường. Mình cố ”nói” lại vào ngày hôm sau mà họ vẫn chưa dọn gì 🥲🥲
