MM.M.TI absolutely loved this hotel — it’s truly the best hotel in Barcelona! The classic and luxurious theme gives it a special charm. The room size is amazing; although it says 24 sqm, it feels much bigger, especially the bathroom, which is surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels.
One very thoughtful detail is that the room includes an adapter converter, which was extremely helpful for us with UK plugs. Another lovely touch is the chocolate they place on the bed every day after housekeeping — such a sweet gesture!
The location is perfect, right in the middle between the two most popular tourist areas. The Big Bus stop is also right outside, which makes getting around so easy, especially if you plan to use the hop-on hop-off bus.
I definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!

TT/RThe Monument Hotel in Barcelona is an exceptional accommodation that seamlessly blends historic architecture with modern amenities. This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and I was once again blown away by the level of hospitality and attention to detail.
The hotel's location is perfect, allowing you to easily walk to all the top attractions, restaurants, and wine bars in the city. The concierge, Xavi, is a true gem. He listened intently to our personal preferences and provided fantastic recommendations, including a wonderful nail salon when I was in need of a manicure. Xavi's restaurant and wine bar suggestions were spot on - we enjoyed some of the best local cuisine and wine during our stay, and have saved those recommendations for future visits. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful historic facade complemented by modern, well-appointed guest rooms and common areas. The amenities are top-notch, ensuring a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end toiletries, every aspect of the guest experience is carefully considered.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona, whether it's your first or fifth time in the city. We look forward to returning again soon.

However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best.
Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward.
Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danh超級無敵贊！帶娃出遊訂了三晚套房，升級到了能看到巴特羅之家的景觀套房，意外驚喜是最後一晚趕上了巴特羅之家的燈光秀，直接在房間露台上就能看到燈光秀，不用去馬路上人擠人看了，簡直不要太贊啊！
房間很大，細節滿滿，每晚送的水果都很豐盛，第一晚還送了香檳和蛋糕！
文華東方應該是巴塞隆拿地段最好的酒店了吧，我們去高迪三件套景點都是步行的，格拉西亞大街很好逛。
下次來巴塞隆拿一定還是住文華東方！

TTài khoản kháchThis villa was just awesome to chill and relax at for a couple of days. Bali is so convenient now with GOJEK. We had a breakfast plan. While the villa is catered more for locals and the breakfast spread was just ok, the price we paid for this villa was so worth it. We lounged by the pool, napped, went for spas (which were super affordable!) and GOJEK food in for dinner. It was also pretty near the airport, and anywhere else, you could just access via booking a car.

Bath was quite dangerous as you need to climb up. Spoke to front desk and they supplied a disposable bath mat. Much appreciated .
Great breakfast, limited variety but fantastic quality
Negative: for several days, I was saving coins to use at the automatic laundry nearby.
On the second day, we left about 12 Euro in various coins on the desk. In the evening upon our return the money had disappeared. We spoke to reception and they told us they had to speak to a manager, however in the meantime we should search our room . The next morning , we were leaving , we emptied the room and found nothing . Nobody from the hotel got back to us. I blame myself for no locking the coins, but thought this is a 5 star so should be safe . This is the reason service got a low score.

TTài khoản kháchAn impressive hotel - I’ve never stayed 10 floors up before. The only real problem I had were the lights. There seemed to be a switch for each one, but not a switch that would switch them off. So going to sleep necessitated pulling the card out of its holder to get the room completely dark. Also not having trays at breakfast meant getting up and down much more than one word experience in a normal hotel. But apart from that, it was beautifully clean. And very close to transport links.
