When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info. The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true. Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge. The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.

Nice and beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very good hospitality that I received throughout my 4 day stay. Great location, easily to access either by subway or high speed train.

Bữa sáng tuyệt vời cũng được bao gồm. Nhân viên lễ tân và hướng dẫn khách đã hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình với sự thân thiện và chân thành. Dịch vụ sau đó của họ cũng rất ấn tượng. Nhân viên lễ tân đã mắc lỗi với thẻ tín dụng Mỹ của tôi. Thay vì dùng nó làm tiền đặt cọc, họ đã nhầm lẫn trừ tiền vào thẻ. Sau khi trở về Mỹ, tôi nhận được tin nhắn khẩn cấp từ trip.com yêu cầu tôi liên hệ n*** với khách sạn qua WeChat. Tôi đã được hoàn tiền trong vòng một tuần nhờ sự theo dõi rất kịp thời từ quản lý dịch vụ sảnh Andy. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại khách sạn này trong lần tới khi đến Nam Xương.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The hotel was very clean and very new. The time we visited was not very crowded, and as such, it was nice to view the modern interior facilities as well as look out towards the Gan river from their viewing platform. The breakfast had some Nanchang rice noodles which was very good. The staff were very friendly and prompt in addressing requests.

看評分不錯選的一家酒店，房間舒適整潔，客房衞生很乾凈帶的一次性用品都沒有用上，前台的小姐姐服務態度熱情周到進門就奉茶，離店的時候還問要不要帶水，交通方便離地鐵站很近，晚上旁邊還有很多夜宵攤，去逛洪城太方便了性價比也很高

Excellent hotel, efficient helpfull staff, large bathtub, good range of Chinese and Western foods ( cereals, oats, toast, bacon, and eggs) for breakfast. The only negative is it took almost 10 minutes for the water in the bathroom to get hot. Otherwise, great place!
