Không gian và phòng ốc thật sự tuyệt vời. Không phải ai cũng nói được tiếng Anh nhưng giao tiếp với họ qua WeChat và chức năng dịch tích hợp khá dễ dàng. Chỗ này hơi khó tìm một chút vì tôi đến lúc 2 giờ sáng và trời đã tối. Nhưng điều này sẽ không thành vấn đề nếu bạn đến vào giờ ban ngày hợp lý. Chỗ này cũng nằm trong khuôn viên Triển lãm Làm vườn Thế giới nên bạn có thể thoải mái khám phá trong thời gian lưu trú. Dịch vụ thật tuyệt vời; tôi có nhiều hạn chế về chế độ ăn uống và họ đã phục vụ bữa sáng một cách hoàn hảo, hỏi chính xác những gì tôi không thể dùng và tùy chỉnh bữa sáng cho phù hợp. Tôi yêu từng giây phút trong thời gian lưu trú tại đây và đã liên tục giới thiệu nơi này cho bạn bè, những người có thể sẽ đến Côn Minh.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Mỗi lần ghé thăm khách sạn suối nước nóng này đều là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời! Lần này tôi đến đây cùng một nhóm 3 người phụ nữ khác và chúng tôi đã có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời! Đồ ăn đa dạng và ngon, suối nước nóng có tác dụng trị liệu và tuyệt vời, và phòng thì tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích, đặc biệt kiên nhẫn với tiếng Trung Quốc kém của tôi. 🤭 chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu!

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel was expected of a Crowne Plaza. Facilities, amenities and food were all good, with an indoor swimming pool. Some of the rooms on the higher floors can see Dian Chi and the theme park beside the hotel. Location of hotel is a little far from everything else.
