"A new hotel with good facilities. The staff at check-in is friendly, although they seem young and somewhat inexperienced.
But the manager makes everything right. Gives a good introduction of the hotel and what it all offers.
The restaurants offers chinese and western food. The chef cooker ensures quality food with a very fine taste. Special thanks to Emily and her colleague for the good attention and care.
Room is equipped with good furniture, comfortable sitting and shower facilities. The air conditioning / heating was not balanced. I think there is still a technical problem to solve here."

"這次入住的茅山東方鹽湖城山居客棧，給了我一次遠超預期的沉浸式度假體驗。它不僅僅是旅途中的歇腳地，更像是藏在這座仙俠小鎮裏的“另一個家”。客棧店長柏宇涵服務很好，給我們留下了很深刻的印象！
首先不得不誇的是絕佳的地理位置與環境。客棧本身就位於景區核心地帶，推窗即景，青瓦白牆，彷彿穿越回了魏晉。清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，夜晚在紅燈籠搖曳的夜色中漫步古鎮，這種住在畫中的感覺，是當天來回的遊客無法體會的靜謐與美好。
關於住宿的硬件設施非常好，超乎預期！對東方鹽湖城山居客棧的設施設備點贊👍細節之處見用心。我們入住的房間古色古香卻又不失現代舒適，衞生打掃得一塵不染，果然不愧是住客們交口稱讚的4.7分超高衞生評級。床品“軟乎乎超舒服”，連認床的家人都一覺到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足且無異味，對於有孩子的家庭，酒店還貼心準備充滿年味的小零食真的非常周到。
但最讓人感動的，是這裏温暖人心的服務。從踏入朱雀門辦理入住開始，金鑰匙小金的服務就讓我們感受到了無微不至的關懷。在這裏，我想特別感謝老闆娘，她們不僅辦入住效率高，還會貼心地提醒我們當天的演出時間和遊玩路線。我們帶着大行李箱還幫我拿行李，還全程微笑，真的讓人心頭一暖。更讓人驚喜的是，晚上遊玩歸來，老闆娘還為我們準備了熬好的銀耳湯和水果，這種“老闆娘文化”般的關懷，真的有種回家的歸屬感。
這次入住，讓我深刻體會到為什麼山居客棧在攜程上有如此高的評價。硬件是基礎，但服務才是靈魂。下次來鹽湖城，這裏依然是我的不二之選。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

The Nomad
The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.

首先説説酒店地理位置，，位於太極廣場附近，步行不超過7分鐘，園區主要遊玩景點和親子投喂活動區都在跟前，再説説酒店設施，古色古香的陳設，環境一級棒，早上起來毫不誇張的感受到鳥語花香，內部設施齊全，沖涼，洗手間分開，還有私湯鹽泉（特色），獨立小院，私密性拉滿。着重談談這裏的服務，可以用爆贊形容，管家王紅霞從看到我們開始就笑容不斷，遊玩攻略，表演預留位等都是主動告知，省了我們不少時間和功夫，酒店還貼心的提供早餐送上門服務，足不出户就可以享受豐盛的美食，附贈的水果品質都很好，還有酒店準備的免費下午茶時光……總之是一次很不錯的休閑體驗，

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions.
I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.
On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.
