During our recent vacation to Sciacca, Sicily, one of the standout experiences was the incredible service we received from the staff at our hotel — especially Fabio, the pool attendant. From the moment we arrived at the pool each day, Fabio made sure everything was perfect. He was constantly walking around, checking in on guests with a warm smile and asking if anyone needed anything. He kept the pool area spotless — always straightening loungers, adjusting umbrellas, and making sure everyone was comfortable. On several occasions, he helped us set up our chairs and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made a big difference in our stay. Fabio brought such a calm, welcoming energy to the pool area — it felt like he truly cared about every guest. He was professional, helpful, and always went the extra mile with a positive attitude. Honestly, I would come back to this hotel just because of how well Fabio managed everything. He made our days by the pool not only relaxing but truly memorable. We also want to recognize other amazing members of the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Andrea at the pool bar was incredibly friendly and attentive — always ready with a smile and quick service, making every drink and snack feel like a treat. Silvano and Lily at the front desk were so kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisting with anything we needed during our stay. Elde at the lobby bar was an absolute delight — warm, professional, and a pleasure to chat with in the evenings. And we can’t forget Pietro at the breakfast coffee bar — hands down amazing. He made the best coffee we’ve ever had — smooth, rich, and absolutely perfect every morning. His energy and friendliness were the best way to start each day. We were traveling with my elderly mother, and while the beach was a bit of a walk, Pietro (the golf cart driver) made sure she was taken down and brought back up every single day. He was so sweet, patient, and kind — always checking to see if she needed anything. And once she was at the beach, Accursio, the lifeguard, always looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable and cared for. Their kindness meant the world to us. The rooms were spotless, the view was breathtaking, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful — and even the little things were spot on. We’re from New York, and since we knew Sicily gets really hot and some places don’t have cold air conditioning, we were a bit worried. But the AC in our room was excellent — it stayed perfectly cool the entire time. The water pressure was also fantastic, and the shower was strong and refreshing. No complaints at all! The staff truly made our stay exceptional. We were a group of 15 people, and every single one of us felt the same way — the warmth, care, and attention we received made this one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had. The Calm Beach is super clear the Sunbeads look just like love Island. The Fruit Platter is amazing and has very fresh fruit. Lifeguard Alessandro and Mattia are very helpful und kind. Maybe something they could add is some food here for lunch (maybe Burgers/ Sandwiches ). Resort is very good overall. Would definitely come again!
