Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.

Very clean and central to all amenities, no one on recepyuntil 3 pm so I had to carry my suitcase around with me for 2 hours , that’s my only complaint as I thought would be able to drop my case off. Would definitely stay again , it’s very near friends I was visiting for the 2 days .

Clean rooms , good location, only problem is the mobile phone signal is not very good unless you stay on the fifth floor.

Stayed for 2 nights check in was simple and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was bright and clean a standard Travelodge. The bed was really comfortable it’s basic but it was a perfect choice for us. The location is great very central

Homeless man asleep in hotel very loud never got any sleep didn’t feel safe at all in this hotel couldn’t wait to get home 2 different times in the night someone was trying to get in to r room

We stay here about 5 times a year never have any issues. The staff are always very welcoming and the rooms are clean. We find the beds and pillows comfortable. There a Morrisons right next door and the location on Lord street is good. Walking distance to the majority of attractions and restaurants

Booked as a group of 3 rooms and had an issue with one couple being able to check in - was told we had no other room booked despite having the confirmation email and number to hand, took nearly half an hour to sort and turns out someone else had been checked into their room. Rooms themselves were not very clean, shower curtain was grubby and lots of dust along the carpets and furniture.

Enjoyed our stay but please do not attempt to park in the Garrick Building car park. We were unable to complete our payment through the app or online and were in the car park for approx 13 mins. Ended up with a parking ticket from the unscrupulous operators. AVOID CAR PARK AT ALL COSTS!!!

Stayed in lots of Travelodge’s this one was just the same. We got a good deal for 2 nights. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The location is quite central on Lord street and there is paid parking behind the hotel. You could park on some side streets if you wanted free parking
