Was a very nice hotel and a perfect location to the CBD

The hotel is situated in a prime location within walking distance of the shops and laneways in the city. The AC and the hari dryer in the first room did not work. The staff moved us into another room, but we had to pack everything we unpacked and resettle in again. These basic amenities should be checked prior to letting the room. The second room we were moved into had lots of hair/ fur on the carpet. We only noticed it the next day and was fed up by then as we were checking out in a few more hours.

Feel expensive compare price and service is considered fine.

You will never go wrong here! Fantastic staff, comfy bed and great location. Can't Wait for next stay!

the architect is classic and gracy.

An elegant hotel in a good location just close to everything we need. Beautiful lobby, clean common areas, and a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Comfy bed and convenient parking. Decent breakfast and friendly restaurant staff make your day. Only a downside was housekeeping keep asking us when will you check out while we are going out for breakfast and coming back to our room, but it will not bother us for our visit again. Thanks for having us.

Good position, good service, good facilities

Rooms were a little small and shower was very small. Only Queen size bed and they upgraded our room which was not an upgradeLocation is great but parking is an issue here as they have no valet parking.

Great place to stay

Great staff and service. Only fault would be that half the dumbbells in the gym are missing, and I had to organise them myself. Otherwise everything was incredible, room service was good, hotel bar was excellent. Bed and showers more than adequate

Great location, with very clean facilities. Reception can be busy at times and you may to wait in line however, the service is very friendly and the building very picturesque. Great for a one night stay, breakfast was standard, nothing special.

Food great. Very disappointed that the bar was closed
