Manager was unable to resolve my issues ended up paying for 2 nights even though we only stayed one. Manager said he was unable to fix it.

We were happy to be a bit further off the interstate finally. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was ok, we were happy as we got in a bit later than planned. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but we'd already made other plans. Location was close to anything you wanted to do and that was our main goal.

The motel has recently remodeled rooms that are very nice looking and comfortable, but the place is infested with roaches. We have stayed there numerous times over the pasy 3 years but on two recent times staying there roaches have been our uninvited and unwelcome guests, and are the reason we will no longer stay at this hotel!

This is a budget’s dream in that the cost was competitive and location was ideal for an overnight. The room was clean and updated and had all the basics needed for a good nights rest. It is right across a side street from a full service grocery store and a gas station that is known for its low prices. Don’t expect a standard complimentary breakfast like you may be used to in higher priced accommodations, but it is easy to make do for a quick get away in the morning. Very easy on/off from 55 south.

It was all good until we were ask to be move to another room even though I had request a room at the bottom close to front desk cause my husband hascancer and walk far. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned. The parking was clean. Very quite sound around

Nice place with great price. Lobby was clean with large breakfast area. Room was super clean. Had a decent free breakfast with pancake maker. Outside hallway had some minor damage. Location was good . Surrounding area seemed safe. Gas station across the street along with several stores. It is about 10 minutes from Graceland and Beale Street.

Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need, professional and polite staff, quiet area for good sleep and rest, huge parking lots with trucks allowed, nice pool jakuzzi with necessary equipment.

the smoke detector beep all night due to battery change and the night staff was unable to change and reported to staff next day. no staff ever talk with me re interupted sleep. never called or text even offer a deduction in the room rate. nothing i ususally stay her due to my service dog. i dod understand that they are renovating the room but no excuse not to discuss the safety of broken smoke detector in a smoking room. Kinda Sad as of today no staff has ever contacted me re the concerns i stayed ther May 28,2023 today is May 30,2023

Stayed here for a short trip to Memphis. Second floor king room was certainly adequate: shower had good pressure, everything was clean, and there was zero evidence of any kind of nuisance. Zero noise. Zero bugs or other pests. Quiet night and quality sleep, convenient to nearby Kroger and restaurants for snacks/food. Room had some wear and tear, and roughness around edges, e.g. paint chipping but whatever but nothing unlike some houses I've stayed in. Convenient to interstate, so a very nice place to start or end your day when visiting the Memphis area.
