房間清潔，設備齊全，員工服務態度好，15分鐘步行可到火車站，早餐很好，只是份量少了點，不過mini bar及雪櫃的東西可任食

The welcome was exceptional, felt very comfortable, got all the assistance we could ask for. Style, cleanliness, service all 5 star. Recommendation for dinner was spot on. We got an extended check out to match up with our cab pickup. All of this added up to the highest rating available.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at No.4 Carlton from 8/11/24-8/13/24. What a special property. The owners and designers have created a true gem in Southampton. With only 9 rooms, we felt like we were staying at a wealthy friend's home. The colors, textures and overall look of the spaces were beautiful. The staff were lovely and helpful. One of our favorite aspects was the personal continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Fresh juices and milk (each in their own little glass bottles), cereal, pastries, jams and fruit. All presented in a sweet No.4 Carlton branded box. What a great way to start a day. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Southampton.

The best hotel in Southampton by far! I booked this hotel with my husband while visiting family. The staff were amazing so attentive and professional. The room was beautifully designed and perfectly clean. It is a listed building meaning there is no lift but the character of the building makes up for this. Small hotel making it quite and and personal.

What an amazing experience. Loved every part of it. The design and all the details from the lobby to the room are well thought and make for a cosy atmosphere. The room was large, the bed huge and soooo comfortable. I had such a restful night. I highly recommend for business people and couples: the ideal place to have a good and quality rest. The only comment I could make was the room was a bit cool but once I turned off the air condition it was great.

Amazing stay at this quaint boutique hotel. It was more like a bed and breakfast. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and parks and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We were only there one night before our cruise but would highly recommend to anyone visiting Southampton. We were treated so well by Michelle on our arrival. She was delightful upon arrival and when we left.

No.4 Carlton is a beautifully restored heritage building in Southampton. The location is just north of the city so it’s very quiet yet only a 10 minute walk to town. The room was a good size and included a fridge, daily continental breakfast and a very comfortable bed. Whilst there is no elevator, the staff were happy to take luggage upstairs to the room. A big thank you to Carol who was also very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful inside and out! Only problem we had was that our room was on the third floor and the only way to get upstairs was a winding staircase (beautiful, I might add), but my husband and I are old and we had two very heavy suitcases which we had to lug upstairs. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful, though, and we managed to get them up. Great location, very quiet....all in all a super-winner!!
