Amazing Accommodations: Vogue

I had a disappointing experience with this accommodation. The staff exhibited rude behavior, making my stay uncomfortable. I'm puzzled by the 5-star reviews, as my encounter was far from positive. Please look for any alternative options. Requested a pillow replacement due to its yellow appearance. Initially, they agreed, but the request was ignored. After speaking with the manager, we encountered further challenges.

anniversary that was tonight,,,, Now I'm a simple bloke I don't book rooms, so I was pretty horrified when I read my text messages after work today and amazing accommodations at told me if I hadn't contacted them by 5pm they would,, show me cancel my booking cannot refund me a cent of a 2 night booking. I rang them at 5:05 because that was the first I knew of this and I only just finished work event the people please reconsider what's another call trying to organise another accommodation venue they did ring once I told them I would call them back however in my haste to try and find further accommodation I didn't do so for 45 minutes since then I've not heard from amazing accommodations they seem to be more than happy to ruin mine and my girlfriend's anniversary very strange that their office closes at 5 p.m. and then they do advertised on their website that they will let you have late booking check-ins Adobe 5 minutes late because I cancel you and leave you with no accommodation which is the case for me and my girlfriend because I can't afford outlay them money they're basically just Robbed from me now by no showing me over a 5 minute threshold I think it's pretty bad amazing accommodations my girlfriend's in tears now we had a big fight over it and pretty much ruined our night so not very amazing for us
