We had two rooms booked. One was next to reception and throughout the night, the employees were watching videos on their mobiles and making a LOT of noise. Between 2 and 5am. We had to get up to ask them to be quiet. Second stay and the first was fine, but no benefit to stay if you can’t sleep before an early flight. We will be asking for a refund for one of the rooms

Better pay more and choose another hotel in a different area to avoid bad smell and dirty sheets. The staff were nice but the hotel needs to be removed from Ctrip

Terrible, terrible stay. Booked through MakeMy trip after seeing a higher rating which looks like a scam. The moment I checked in to the hotel a 5 star rating appeared in Google in my name which I haven’t given, and then I have to edit and repost my real feedback. Location is not close to the airport but 7 KM away and in a narrow dirty street which was very difficult to locate. The rooms were very small and dirty with filth and dust everywhere. Paint peeling off from walls and most of the appliances were broken including the locks. Most of the electrical switches were taped. Water was leaking from the fire sprinkler. Towels and bed sheets were so dirty we bought our own towels to use. The worst part was food. Food was exorbitantly priced for quantity and quality and no outside food was allowed. After first day dinner, my daughter fell sick which spoiled our trip. Also complimentary breakfast payment was included in the booking but there was no buffet but ala carte and that we got only what hotel wanted to make and not what we wanted to order. Also there was no proper dining room but a smelly basement “dungeon”. Overall worst hotel stay I ever had and the one hotel to definitely avoid in the future.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was relatively clean and the bed comfortable. The shower room was clean but basic. It was very quiet, no street noise. The area is near to the airport, but not nice to walk around. The dining in the hotel didn't appeal to us, it is more for necessity than pleasure.

I was fooled by glowing reviews and the false proposition that this is at Delhi airport. It’s a 10 min taxi ride. Only found it by giving auto rickshaw driver my GPS. Gloomy on arrival, lights off. Room ok but bathroom roughly done. No in house dining. So noisey - people moving furniture above and dishes being crashed below at midnight. Cheap though. Cancelled my next visit.
