Inspire Boutique Apartments

The apartment 401 was very clean, very modern airy, bathrooms very clean, car parking was great, location fantastic , only 20 min walk into town. The apartment had 2 smart TVs unfortunately had server issues could not connect, messaged the property to find out if we needed to do something other than the QR code, never heard back from them, very disappointing. Pillows were a bit hard, bedding was very clean which is a plus Would stay again

We stayed in two bedroom apartment overnight recently and enjoyed the experience. The apartments are clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. Our apartment had two bathrooms, laundry facilities, a fabulous kitchen and large balcony. Beds were very comfortable and undercover parking is provided. There is a really nice cafe very close by as well. Will definitely stay again.

Where to start !! Upon booking booking online this property looked amazing and was worth the premium price point !! But wow were we disappointed/ shocked with the cleanliness of the apartment Highlight was our 9 month old daughter finding a used condom in the bathroom on the floor Mould in showers, hairs all over beds from previous guests, food caked on cutlery and crockery, dust EVERYWHERE, dirt and cobwebs on balcony topped off with 5-6 cockroaches seen during our stay. Was so bad that we left a night early Despite all attempts to contact the property about our issues they have made zero attempt to reply or engage with us !! Clearly showing they have no interest in their guests or fixing their cleanliness issues

Extremely disappointed! We booked a 5 night stay in a 2 Bedroom apartment at Inspire Boutique Apartments 11 months in advance specifically for the view from this highrise apartment building. From the 2 Bedroom Apartment we were allocated there was no view whatsoever, other than a rooftop and the back of signs of the shops below. See attached photos. After contacting the off site reception we were offered another room that actually had a view but there were conditions attached which were: 1 - we could change rooms on day 3 of our 5 night stay. 2 - we had to move all our belongings out of our room before 11am and store them somewhere. 3 - we could only move back into the replacement apartment after 1pm that day. This arrangement was not possible or acceptable for us. We contacted the off site reception again for any other options/solutions/compensations. Unfortunately we received no reply. Other issues: - Major security issue - Unable to lock the patio/verandah external glass door and there is easy access from the roof of the shops to this patio/verandah. - Only free to air TV channels available. - Unable to connect iphone to TV to watch anything else. - Unable to lock the front door - no locking available on this door. Access to this door is via the lift which is operated by a fob/key. - Only 2 x Queen size beds (no sibgle beds) available in the 2 Bedroom Apartment we were allocated. - The ducted Air-con really struggled to keep the apartment cool. We stayed in late December. - The couch is quite uncomfortable. - No room servicing at anytime during our 5 night stay. - Only one fob/key was originally provided When booking this Inspire Boutique Apartment it was described as having city views. In our experience this is not true. We were charged $360 per night so we did expect a whole lot more for our money. We work in the travel industry and believe Apartment 101 is not the room type advertised and pictured on *********** We were extremely disappointed!

Beautiful clean, comfortable luxury accommodation. Walking distance to the CBD. Very comfortable bed. Well priced compared to other luxury accommodation in Toowoomba. Spacious. We will definitely return.

Convenient location and family friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms, nicely appointed. No contact key pickup and drop off was convenient. Even though we were adjacent to a major road, the noise wasn't intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.
