We only share one side with our neighbor and there is a 6-foot fence. You may occasionally hear or see the neighbors from the front yard, but they are lovely and have lived there for 30 years. GARAGE: The house offers plenty of space for your gear, including a large garage and a separate mudroom equipped with 10 ski and snowboard racks, as well as clothes hooks. This convenient setup ensures you have room for all your equipment. The garage fits one large car and the driveway accommodates another two cars, with plenty of additional free street parking.
