Premier Inn Mansfield

We will only stay in a premier inn with open windows. Lovely welcome when we arrived and room was ready a little early but we were prepared to sit and wait 20 minutes till 3pm. Room was very clean and cool with the window open. We cannot stay in the hotels with air conditioning as it is too hot and stuffy with the sealed windows. Therefore do not stay in Premier inn very often now as we used too

A little Gem! I have stayed in many Premier Inn's before so used to what you get. Staff really nice and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. From arriving to departing staff can't do enough for you. Just remember to register you vehicle reg when you arrive.

All the Staff were helpful and friendly Food was excellent. Thanks to the lovely staff Will definitely visit again soon Highly recommend this premier inn to anyone who wants to visit the area. Ideally located just off the junction of the motorway.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn dozens of times when up visiting my dad with my wife and teenage boys. We have always been delighted with the place. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff so friendly and happy to help, and the food is good value and good quality. However, this time I have to say the staff at the Brewers Fayre next door excelled themselves. My dad fell seriously ill a day before we were due to visit for Christmas. We still came up to see him but Christmas lunch was thrown in to chaos. On the very remote chance they could squeeze us in, I called to see if they had space for 4 people for Christmas Day lunch. A guy called Callum answered and was awesome. He said he thought they were full, but given the circumstances, he would talk to his manager. I got a call back that evening to say his manager would be in touch the next day, and as promised, I got the call I was hoping for. Wayde, the manager, had managed to squeeze us in for a 2pm booking for an hour and a half. This news turned a difficult day, bearing very little resemblance to Christmas for my boys, into a much better one. I genuinely cannot thank both Callum and Wayde enough for their help, patience, and support. Credit to the Brewers Fayre and to the adjoining Premier Inn. Thank you both so very much

The bed pillows are amazing the staff are nothing short of amazing, the breakfast unlimited, what can I say, fantasticto, the Brewers Fayre, was amazing all round, you cannot beat this Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre, Well done 💯 if we come back to this area, we will return, Premier Inn Xscape Castleford next weekend, Premier's all the way.
