Coastal Cottage located in Pointview Marina on Great Salt Pond, Rhode Island

Newly renovated and furnished 1 Bedroom cottage, with pull out sleeper sofa. All new, fixtures, appliances, heat/ central air and internet and smart TV's . Easy access to beaches, local restaurants, limited availability for dockage within the marina for your boat with a seperate reservation, or access for kayaks, paddleboards, etc . Located within the 6 acre campus like property of Pointview Marina. We provide towels, pillows and linens are, you do not need to bring your own, unless you plan on using the sleeper sofa. Queen bed pull out for sheet sizes. There is water access for paddle boards and kayaks in the marina, approx. 400 ft. from the cottage. Dinnerware, glasses, utensils, flatware, cookware are all provided along with a Keurig coffeemaker. As an FYI the Matunuck Oyster Bar is nearby and accepts reservations. Summertime is usually booked out at least three weeks ....... you should not miss this venue if you are in the area !
