I highly recommend this Hotel for all families with Kids. We could spend 5 days at the property as they have a Big Pool, Play Room for kids, Two restaurants and a vast space to walk around with cats roaming. Its a pet friendly property. They have various activites lined up for kids and adults each day. The best part was the care each staff would offer. a special mention to the incharge of RUMPUS, Mr. Hirendra, Joanne, Trisha and Abigail who gelled so well with our kids. Joanne was there to see us off too. We too could spend time at the centre playing chess, puzzles, carrom or PS for those who like it. I could freely let my kids go around without supervision. The room service would promptly bring water and towels each time we returned from the beach. the beach is a 5 min walk but they provide TUk tuk for the same. I have no complaints and would pick this for all the times of our goa visit. Thanks Team Heritage!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heritage, staying in a suite for 14 nights. Lovely spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Massive bed with the best pillows ever! Good range of toiletries topped up daily. Staff friendly and helpful in all departments. Pool bar and blue lagoon bar had good range of drinks and cocktails. Good choice of buffet food in Chutneys restaurant. Pool towels an added bonus. Quiet location, with walk to the beautiful beach only 5 mins away, the hotel lays on tuk tuk to take you also. A great stay!

We visited this resort last week & its just a short walk from Arossim white sand beach, the location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the sun. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, with lush gardens and serene surroundings that create a peaceful ambiance. They celebrated my birthday and it was memorable. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any requests. The on-site Aruna spa & Bonita is superb. Additionally, the resort's proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore the vibrant culture of South Goa. There was never a dull moment.

The resort is beautifully situated ***** a pristine stretch of beach, with stunning views of the sunset that I enjoyed every evening. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer a perfect blend of comfort and Goan charm. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining options. The on-site restaurant served a fantastic variety of local and international cuisine at Bonita and the seafood dishes were especially fresh and flavorful at Chutney. I also loved the morning buffet, which had a great selection to fuel my day. The resort offers a range of activities, from yoga sessions to curated experiences, which kept me entertained throughout my stay. I took advantage of the relaxing spa treatments at Aruna Spa, which were heavenly after a day of exploring. Overall, resort provided the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and cultural immersion. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Goa!

Although there was some renovation work going on, we were not inconvenienced. We were well taken care of - everyone from the guard at the gate, the reception, housekeeping, restaurants, made us feed special. We also got a surprise cake on our special day :-). And the restaurants and food - excellent.

Undoubtedly, one of the best resorts in Goa in all aspects, be it food, hospitality, staff courteousness, hygiene & cleanliness, customer friendliness, peaceful location. Private beach is approx. 2 mins drive but very clean and the resort provides Electric TukTuk pickup and drop service to the beach. Plenty of activities thru the day to keep kids engaged.

Food - excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Both restaurants are very good. Service - good⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff was very interactive, quick Cleanliness - good⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spa - not good / very bad⭐ Pool - good condition.⭐⭐⭐ Close to beach Suggestion - please cover some part of the pool so that we can enjoy during the day too. Name of the hotel has SPA in it, whereas, the SPA is held in just one of the hotel rooms instead of a dedicated area for spa, which was unbelievable. Volume/area of Property is lesser than what is shown in photos.
