Hotel was good. Loved the stay. But, the tour they give for jungle safari or tiger camp, is actually not worth. They charge you about 2500- per head plus taxes. In the name of ac boat. And they take you in sharing with about 40-50 guests, there is no punctuality of leaving the boat, they told us they will k eave exactly at 9 am, but left at 10 am. And the tour just included a 10 mins landing at sundarban sanctuary and the rest 3 hours in the boat. Which was not at all worth. I will not recommend any additional adventure via the hotel. We can have a better experience if gone externally or do our own bookings.

Very comfortable stay. Property is well maintained and very aesthetically designed. Staff is very humble and cooperative

Hotel staff was polite. But the food needs to be improved especially the breakfast. Overall experience was good

The ambience was awesome. The food was good. The amenities were also good. The price was a bit expensive.
