Where to begin, we visited here in June of this year and what an amazing experience we had. From when we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and the staff greeted us with a welcome cold refreshing towel and a traditional Tunisian tea and cake. Our room was ready and was on the top floor (4th) and was exceptionally clean and had a great sea view. The restaurant serves a range of local and international cuisine and all meals we had were very tasty including the many desserts what were on offer also a big shout out to Syed one of the brilliant waiters who was happy to serve us and share his knowledge of the food and drink on offer. The entertainment staff and bar staff were all so hard working and would always take time to make sure you were ok and enjoying yourself. The pool areas are spotless like the rest of the property and plenty of sunbeds also the beach area was lovely but to be fair we spent most of the holiday around the relaxing courtyard pool. We did indulge in a spa treatment which was perfect and relaxing. So all in all, we had such an amazing time we have re-booked to return late August this year and can't wait. My mum and I have just spent a week at this hotel!! We absolutely loved it, we literally had no faults! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Although this is adults only, we found there was a mix of groups at the hotel from couples to full families of adults. This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, from the security staff on the beach, the cleaners, the life guards, bar staff and waiters, everyone is so friendly and can not do enough for you! Massive shout out to Tito, Katty, Ibrahim and the rest of the TUI entertainment team. They made our trip, we loved that they came to have a chat with us and made us feel really welcome on our first few days at the hotel. There are so many members of staff that deserve a massive compliment, they literally could not do enough for us. From the get go, we met Osama and Allan on the beach, they were so lovely welcoming us to Tunisia. Osama, Rean and Biha could not do enough for us at the pool, every morning they would help us with pillows for the sun beds and mattresses, they did this prior to anyone having to ask them to get them. 10/10 service by the lads at the pool. Down by the pool at the beach, Ahmed was amazing. He constantly had our drinks topped up, he was so friendly and we loved chatting to him. It got to the point that we didn’t even need to ask him for drinks, he would recognise when our drinks were empty and bring some more. He was amazing, we massively appreciated him going to get our drinks for us. Everyone in the snack bar, the pool and the beach are so hardworking, you can really tell by the service given in this hotel. On a night time we were regularly served by Ahmed and Allah in Thea’s. Both were so lovely; keeping our drinks topped up and making us laugh. Anis in the upstairs bar was hilarious and even waved our bus off when we were leaving, he was a proper legend and again works incredibly hard. Both Nazir, who served us in the evenings and Anwar who served us in the mornings was great. The staff at this hotel really know how to go that extra mile and make you feel special, they didn’t treat anyone differently and it was just such an incredible experience. The hotel is well run, we went on a two day trip to the Sahara during our stay. The hotel ensured that we had a packed lunch to go with on the morning of the trip and that a small breakfast was served for those going on the trip. We also took a visit to the al a carte restaurant on site for my mums birthday, our lovely waiter Nazir who we have every night spoke to his friend who then decorated the table and when the dessert was coming out, organised for the waiters and the chefs to come sing my mum happy birthday. It made the meal extra special. We were shocked by the quality of the food. The food looked and tasted like it had come out of a swanky restaurants, it was nice to have a break from the buffet. We ate at the snack bar which was good, the service was amazing but we preferred the main restaurant

A review on what was a lovely 10 day holiday at a TUI Blue. The season only started at the beginning of April and our stay was a few weeks in so when we first arrived it wasn’t at full capacity. From the moment we arrived to the moments left the staff take care of you, always so helpful and friendly which really makes so much difference to a holiday. Once they get you know you it’s first class all the way, from the waiters saving you your prefect table, the pool staff getting your drinks, the amazing entertainment crew taking time to chat with you during the day and evening (yes, I know it’s there job, but I’d say they went beyond this). The bar staff staff making sure your glass is never empty and the cleaners that always kept our room tidy. To be honest, I could go on. The food was fantastic, great selection and very tasty ( the staff in the restaurant were also lovely). This hotel is a very high standard, and being adults only, now that’s the way to go. Being in April the weather was a bit hit/miss but I guess that’s the gamble you take, we found the mornings lovely but most days around 3pm the wind changed and it clouded up a bit, there was only one thing you could do…hit the bars! The pool snack bar was much more than this, food quality was excellent and it made a nice change to be waited on. Mohamed was a lovely guy that suggested some good choices, thank you. Our room was a nice size, comfy and very clean, we opted not to have a room with a swim up pool. Thank you to all those amazing people that made this a truly lovely holiday. We’ll be back

Had a lovely 10 days break. First I was a bit apprehensive because there is security on the beach and on a gate to gain access to the hotel. But after being there a few days and talking to people going out I felt a bit better. We had a walk into the main town of Sousse. We were approached by 2 different men saying they were waiters at our hotel. But the hotel had said that people do do that so be aware. As for the hotel I couldn’t fault it. Beautiful. The staff ALL went above and beyond. The food was excellent. The waiters were all very friendly and very officiant. The entertainment staff were very friendly and danced with people at night. Every spoke and said hello. They ALL had a smile for you. I had a problem with the mattress being a bit hard, within minutes of me asking for a topper, the receptionist was on the phone asking for one to go to our room. All these memories taken rooms have a fab sea view. After speaking to a lot of guest, some had returned to this hotel 14 times. That tells you something. We went at Easter, the sea was still a bit too cold. The main pool was cold to get in, but not too bad once in we did aqua aerobics most days. Wael, the fitness guy made that fun and a laugh. Speedy, Kathy and Bahia were some of the entertainment staff. The silent disco was funny. Ahmedkezia was our waiter. We tried to get in his area every night because he got to know us and he was lovely. But saying this All the waiters were.

Great hotel for couples. Our second visit in April 2025. All rooms are sea view and ideal with large balconies or terraces. Staff are amazing, great food and location. Nice beach and pools ideal for a relaxing holiday. The staff truly make this hotel.
