Here are photos of the room after the housekeeper cleaned it. The problem started at 9:00 AM when I hung the door hanger to request cleaning of the room. I came back at 11:30 AM and found that they still hadn’t started cleaning the room. I noticed that the door hanger had been turned to the "Do Not Disturb" side. When I entered the room, I saw that they had placed a tea bag and Nescafé in the room, which means someone had entered, placed them, and then turned the door hanger. I came back at 12:00 PM, and the room was still not clean. I left and returned again at 1:00 PM, but the situation was the same. I contacted the housekeeper to tell her that I wanted the room cleaned and that I needed to rest. At 1:50 PM, I found the room was still in the same condition. Finally, at 2:00 PM, it was cleaned, but it was obvious that it had been done very quickly, in about 5 minutes. There was hair everywhere on the floor, and it had not been properly cleaned, especially on the carpet, which hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were stains everywhere, and only the visible areas had been hastily cleaned. The glasses were dirty and had not been washed properly; there was dust and streaks. The bedspread was torn. They didn't restock the shower gels and shampoo either There were also a lot of insects, especially mosquitoes. I got bitten several times. The curtains, the vanity, the sheets, and all other places were dirty. The coffee machine was also not cleaned. Moreover, the chambermaids are very rude. I heard them mocking the guests, saying that they are very dirty, doing this and that... They said this in Arabic, thinking that I wouldn't understand, but I understand a few words since my mother is of Tunisian origin In the end, I was really disappointed with the service, as it doesn't even deserve one star, let alone three stars.

What a superb place this is. If you are wanting a super quiet relaxing break away then you will not go wrong here! We received the warmest of welcomes as soon as we got off the transfer and it never stopped for our whole stay. The location, staff, food, drinks and cleanliness is faultless. We had a top floor room which was a perfect size and set up with added luxurious. The private beach is just beautiful. This hotel is made by the wonderful staff that work tirelessly in front and behind the scenes to ensure you have the best time and nothing is too much trouble. We visited at the end of the season and were told they were closing for 5 months the day after we were due to leave but if we hadn’t have known this we certainly wouldn’t have realised as there was definitely no scrimping on food, drinks or customer service. We visited the last week of October. We had a lovely week and felt utterly spoilt. We enjoyed eating outside everyday and our waiter Arnou was fabulous! All the staff were friendly and the choice of food was excellent. It was lovely to wake up to a sea view every morning.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel Room- was lovely good size with a beautiful view. Not small at all. Good size bathroom. Food - was good and always hot! the desserts they were amazing best I have had at any resort. There was so much variety. Well done to the pastry chef Staff- all very friendly professional and deserve all the praises they get. Each and everyone is fantastic. Pool- was not heated so didn’t get in however there were plenty of sun-beds available on a morning. Would be nice to know when its heated. I did ask reception but they didn’t give a specific time as i may return again in winter. Coffee shop- very nice touch and again run smoothly by Ramzy who makes you the best drinks. Weather in November was great 23c cloudy afternoons occasionally and breezy Hotel tax was very high £42 for 7days which I think has doubled since last time Spa - worth it and Afef is lovely lady thank you Things to improve Bedding - discoloured old looking covers with stains and mattress was slanted. On arrival no information given, didn’t even know what number to call reception on. Would be useful to have information in the room. No drink offered on arrival the lady just gave the room key and off we went. No information given for beach towels. Went to get the towels and was asked for a towel card. Went to reception to ask for the card and was told they are not needed. Everyday i was asked for cards. No information given on culinarium or how to book. Found this on tripadvisor hence missed out. Coffee shop- could do with a drinks menu, had to ask other guests what they were drinking as it looked good. (Smoothies milkshakes etc) Pillows - lumpy No heated pool- was told its not cold yet however they switched the AC off and it was too warm on a night No cutlery on a morning if you go a bit later for breakfast. Cups missing. Never any teaspoons used a fork to stir my sugar. Orange queues- the poor boy squeezes juice his hands must hurt surely there could be a better system in place or invest in better juicer and avoid the wait. It can get very annoying waiting 5/10mins for a glass of juice. (Which is delicious)! Overall very nice hotel and great staff. With a few improvements it can be amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The restaurant offers delicious food with a great variety of dishes. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, always ready to help. The natural scenery around the hotel is breathtaking, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

great hotel 🏨 good food and drinks 🍷 staff very friendly and go out of their way to help you october will be our 3rd visit so looking forward to seeing you all again. i would recommend this hotel to everyone the beach is beautiful mattresses brought to your sun lounger and drinks brought to where you are sitting on the beach and in the bars it is so relaxing 😎
