Ayant réservé la chambre plus d'un mois à l'avance je m'attendais aux promesses tenues téléphoniquement. Il avait été convenu d'un tarif à 59€ et de petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Cela n'a pas été le cas, le tarif est passé à 62€ et les déjeuners pour 10€ pas de fruits, pas d'oeufs, pas de yaourts, pas de charcuteries.... La chambre propre, mais un gobelet pour deux, un jeu de serviettes pour deux, deux luminaires en panne sur quatre, pas de télécommande de climatisation. Quant à l'accueil, infantilisation de la réceptionniste qui est lourde en recommandations, allant de la peinture fraiche pas sèche à la carte magnétique sensible aux ondes du portable, qui ne savait pas malgré notre réservation notre numéro de chambre et j'en passe. N'ayant plus de place à l'hôtel d'en face je suis resté, je reviendrais pas, je souhaite pour vous que mes collègues logé dans d'autres chambres auront eu plus de chance. Point positif, le monsieur qui nous a souhaité bon appétit.

J’ai reçu un bon accueil à mon arrivée.
J’ai été très déçu par les nuisances sonores des personnes dans l'hôtel. Très mauvaise insonorisation.
La superficie de la salle de bain était plus que limite.
Hôtel à mon sens fait juste pour une nuit.
Petit déjeuner correct pour le tarif.

A fuir, menage inexistant, des toiles d'araignées un peu partout, le collègue dans une autre chambre a eu une araignée qui courrait sur son dos dans son lit, petit déjeuner spartiate, croissant madeleine et pain blanc c'est tout, aucun fruit, pas d'oeuf etc....Salle d'eau étriquée, on ne vous change qu'une serviette sur deux, on vous laisse une serviette mouillée accrochée à la porte et la petite mouillée posée sur la fenêtre, murs en papier on entend tout, seul point positif un grand parking.

2eme fois que nous y allons et toujours le même accueil souriant et bienveillant. Cette dame reçoit avec le plaisir évident de donner le meilleur. Les chiens sont ses amis et elle les accueille avec bonheur. Une chambre tout confort qui donne sur un espace gazonné est un plus pour notre toutou qui s'est cru chez lui. Aucune prétention et pourtant le couchage est impeccable ainsi que les sanitaires. Pour le petit déjeuner tout est prévu pour ceux qui sont traditionnels. Pain viennoiserie et toutes boissons chaudes, crémerie céréales et confiture.....pour ma part cela est bien suffisant ! Je n'hésiterai pas d'y revenir une 3eme fois !

Hôtel à l'entrée d'Albi, pas loin de la voie rapide mais aucun bruit, prix très sympa pour le calme et les services fournis: wifi, Canal+, Parking gratuit, literie confortable, propreté... Je recommande !

Points positifs : Bien situé, chambre standard, parking ok. Points négatifs : hôtel très bruyant matin et soir, car beaucoup d'enfant d'une 10e d'année ce week end là. Petit déjeuner à même la table, même pas un plateau, avec confiture dure comme du ch.. , déchets sur la table... pas de viennoiserie, jus d'orange ... absent ! et pour comble, je quittais l'hôtel le lundi matin, pas prévenu qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner ! Je n'y retournerai pas !

Tres bruyant. Vous entendez les boums de la discothèque ou du parc des expos (peu importe d’où ça vient , c’est juste très pénible!) et les arrivées dans la nuit des fetards… à la réception, c’est au garde à vous! La réceptionniste est très sèche et pas arrangeante. On avait besoin de libérer la chambre avant midi au lieu de 10h30. Elle n’a rien voulu savoir. Petit dej très basique.
