Hotel misguided us very much. We had to wait 1 hour for checkin. We asked for dental kit many times and when it arrives, it contains only toothpaste. Not satisfied.

I have booked hotel aman palace in kasol, bcoz last year i went there and took super delux room with all facility, but this time the facility was worst, super deluxe room of 917 with no electrical socket working near bed, no dressing mirror as shown was available as shown in the picture, no sofa as available in picture as well as which i used last time, shower in bathroom was not properly working, no water pressure in hand jet, i asked for atleast plastic chair or any other chair for balcony use, i didn't get a single one. Only the room service boy was good in nature, he was new around 2-3 month he was working there in that property, so he pleased me that these all issue i will not face further sir.

Receptionist was rude, services was down bad. Food was okay and location and servers was good. In room amenities was not provided for. Overall the stay was poor.

Hotel doesn't provided complimentary water bottle. Morning buffet breakfast was worst. There is no option for kids.

Hotel rooms are spacious and good but service is very much neglected there. We asked for towel and they didn't provide. Hotel is short staffed. Food services are very much delayed and some time missed

Its my first time booking i must say hotel is very good good food nice staff. Quick service. The view outside was so beautiful. Clean n neat rooms. You can stay happily.
