Friendly staff that changed completely into arrogant staff after dispute non functioning airco! After friendly welcome and normal first night we were confronted with a defect airco in the 2nd night after informing staff around 8pm (after 7 pm no reception available) we were first informed that mechanic would come, .Instead of sending a mechanic the story changed and we”re informed that main switch of our airco was in other guest room which they couldn’t reach and so nothing they could do last response was 22:15 and then they thought…. Let”s switch of the communication and ignore this issue (see photo) so instead of solving the issue the approach was ignoring At 6 am airco was finally switched on (so full night no sleep with 4 people in a 33c room without airco but with some mosquitos. After walking down and asking to speak to manager owner (of course not available) i was informed i shouldn”t complain - i had a room and so what is the issue (no sleep? due to heat?) Anyway useless conversation - they have no access to the main switch and so not their problem. I thought i booked a room with airco for €320+ per night so expect airco was not depending on other guests behavior and or that other guest could control my airco - anyway nasty conversation followed - and unprofessional follow up , result pay and don”t complain was the message…

Stayed in other places for two to four times the price in Sorrento and this was better! So far I haven’t found anything to complain about. The staff has been great! The grounds are gorgeous! The apartment is clean and well appointed. Bed is maybe the best this entire trip and for one seventh of the price in Positano. They have a bar and restaurant, pool, spa (yes, you can have a massage!), the comforts of a hotel with a kitchen and living room! Good air conditioning, good bath with a nice sized shower, and great location! My sister is in the hospital here and it is right across the street. Only a block over from Corso Italia which is the main tourist street (pedestrian only in this section) with shopping, restaurants, and bars. No need for a taxi! Right over the beach even! Lots of lounge chairs and even beds by the pool! Yes, there is a lift so you don’t have to climb stairs! Will definitely be staying here the next trip! Only wish I had found it sooner!

We stayed 3 nights in late October. The hotel was perfect. 2 adults and 2 teens in a one bedroom appt with kitchen area and bathroom, lots of storage and huge ceilings with large windows overlooking the pool. Reception were in contact before arrival to check our ETA as they do not staff the desk outside of 8-5 but this was fine for us. It was our son’s birthday and upon arrival they brought some cakes and candle which was a lovely touch. Breakfast is outside in the grounds and due to bad weather on our first morning, they messaged to say they would bring it to our room. On the second day we needed to leave by 8.10 for an excursion (breakfast is 0830) but they opened early to let us grab some quick pastries and a coffee. The pool area is nice but quite shaded. The grounds are lovely and even though it is only 2 mins from restaurants and bars, it’s very quiet and peaceful. A perfect spot which we would recommend to families, couples or groups.

Staying at this hotel was absoluetly the worst decision we've ever made. We booked our stay for 3 nights, however we missed the first night due to a flight delay. We explained our situation to the hotel and they were not willing to work anything with us even though it was evident that the hotel was empty. There were at most 10 people in the entire hotel, IF THAT. They would not even provide a boucher to the spa, which was 40 euros to at least give us an incentive due to all the hassle and loss of money from that first night. The staff was extremely rude and the last day because we went a little bit over the checkout time, one of the workers started knocking on our door and screaming loudly and would not stop, to the point that we were scared she would physically attack us. The hotel was unwilling to accomodate any of our needs throughout the stay, the breakfast was recycled from the day before, we could not get a hold of anyone to get towels when we were in the pool, the beds were extremly hard and uncomfortable (my dorm bed was 1000 times better than that bed), and the a/c in the room was extremely loud, sink was dirty, washer broken (all of this is evidenced in pictures and videos).

Stayed here for 5 nights on a girls trip to Sorrento. A great location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here- the shower pressure is also brilliant! ❤️ Breakfast had a good selection with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Hotel grounds were immaculate and they had someone there tending to the grounds every morning. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Arrived at 3.35pm only to be hassled by text as to what time we were arriving as the receptionist would be leaving. Got to the room and it was not what we had booked - a king room with balcony. Text the number who had contacted us earlier to advise and they told us there was an issue with our booked room. We had been given a sea view room without balcony and this was the apparently the same price. This may have been because there was someone else in the room we had booked as we could see them! Next morning we were moved to the correct room. Very tired room bad decor and a shower door that does not close along with a shower that is badly in need of a descale. The pool is not deep enough to swim in - only knee deep. A great location however not worth the money. Needs money spent on it to bring it up to date and worth what they charge. Breakfast is ok, not great and basic. Jacuzzi does not work. Nobody’s on reception after 5pm.

This hotel is the perfect location if you are looking to explore Sorrento. It is so close to all the local attractions but is also very quiet and peaceful. Be careful when booking as we were surprised when we arrived that we weren’t staying in the main house. We we’re actually brought to a separate building on the property (see Photo) which is actually a lean-to off a neighbouring building. I tried to explain at reception that this was not we thought we were getting but their English or my Italian wasn’t good enough to get my point across. I was a bit upset not to see any of the inside of the big house. One benefit of staying in the side building was that we were closest to the lovely pool. Breakfast in the morning was served in the outside Gazebo. There was delicious coffee and freshly made lemon cake. They don’t really serve dinner but there are plenty of fantastic restaurants within 5 mins walk.

An absolute gem of a hotel, with wonderful grounds, fantastic staff in such a pretty place. We had the one bed apt which looked out to the bay and overlooked the pool. The apt was perfect for us , we had a 14 year old with us so got her own space. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Only things missing in room was a kettle and a safe. Other than that it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly, breakfast was served in a lovely gazebo in the garden and had a great selection. The fresh home made cakes were amazing !! The location was perfect. 2 mins off the main shopping street, 10 min to the marina and 15 min to the port. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sorrento and I will definitely go back when I return to Sorrento.
