This B&B was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. The bathroom was modern with a wonderful shower. We were a group of 6 and stayed in 3 of the 6 rooms for 4 nights. Mavi and Nadia were so welcoming and accommodating. They helped us plan several excursions and arranged our transportation to/from Rome. The breakfast each morning was delightful and we enjoyed it while sitting on the terrace. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Sorrento. The location is great and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and activities. Exceptional experience!

Accademia 39 is a special place, and you’ll be very glad you chose to stay here. It’s a former home of opera star Caruso, but that’s not what makes it special… it’s the beautiful decor and staff that welcome you with open arms. To be exact, it was truly a pleasure to meet Mavi, Nadia and Alessandra, the wonderful owner of this Bed and Breakfast, who put her heart and soul into this wonderful bed and breakfast. Everything is immaculate and spotless clean here. Everything! You’re also in the center of Sorrento if you stay in Accademia 39, walking distance to the sea, restaurants, shops and all the sights and sounds this lovely city has to offer. And, if it’s your first time to visit Sorrento Mavi, Nadia and Alessandra will give you superb advice and recommendations. I seldom leave reviews, but I took the time to do so today, because this little spot on earth is almost heaven. I give my strongest recommendations to Accademia 39.

Amazing place right in the heart of Sorrento, Service was impeccable and they catered to all the needs and questions we had. The room was fantastic with a lovely view. The patio was amazing and we had a lovely time there reading and sipping on the house limoncello.

Very nice place to stay. Our room was very quiet. The common areas were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Sorrento and the surrounding areas. The train station and ferry terminal are ten minute walk. If you’re arriving via Naples train station, recommend using the ferry between Sorrento and Naples (rather than the local train) if you have luggage.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Sorrento! The staff was great, the room was spacious, and the common areas where incredibly cozy and welcoming.

Excellent place to stay in Sorrento. It’s located in the middle of the city, close to restaurants and bars, shopping and sightseeing. The staff is very professional and friendly. We had a minor problem with the hot water and we were immediately changed to another beautiful room. We met the owner and she was so very friendly and gave us a lot of tips and history about this incredible place. Highly recommended.
