Good place for staying, staff also good for behavior. Everything is good. If next time i will go in tezpur then i will select only welkin.

Location great front desk - awesome restaurant- waiters need training in dealing with customers. They seem not to understand the difference between sunny side egg and boiled egg so be ready to be disappointed. They would go to argue with you so basically, your holiday mood would be ruined. But if restaurant manager is available, everything becomes perfect. Also, no complains about the taste and quality of the food. So all in all a good place. Just avoid the waiters and directly ask for the manager

Room is nice and hygiene but little bit small, food is on average taste. Staff are very good. Overall good. Location is good.

I checked very late evening but greeted very warmly. Food was decent. And room was also good. However breakfast had little option

Everything was ok could have been better if they had more parking spaces and hotel is situated in crowded space

It was a horrible experience, unprofessional behaviors, cheating customers. I organised one come also on 12/10/23 where they have charged extra pax of 7 pax and charges were not matching with the quotation. Example the lcd projector and sound they charged more than the quotation. They charged cold drinks bill also where it was complementary as per the quotation. They charged extra plate of the starter also. Finally when i raised the issue they behaved unprofessionally. Room ac was not working and food were horrible. Request to others not to go for such cheater hotel.

The stay was very pleasant the location was overall good with the perfect scenario the staff were good the receptionist was very good
