Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator

Name: Aditya Kumar Chandla Room No.(stayed in): 208 Check Date :- 25 Sep (Late Night) I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the night staff named “Ashutosh” at the Ramada hotel during my recent stay. Upon check-in, I was shocked to be informed that there would be no assistance with my luggage because of shortage of staff and I was expected to carry it to my room myself. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel with the Ramada name. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about this lack of basic hospitality, “Ashutosh” the front desk staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner said in my back “Ja kar de complain”. His behavior was dismissive, and instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, he misbehaved and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe that every guest deserves courteous and attentive service, and this experience has left me questioning the standards upheld at your establishment. I hope that this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure that future guests do not face the same unpleasant treatment.

On arrival no welcome drink No explanation of what's available in hotel Room was like a sauna. Account not cope People having glass bottle near pool Noise from pool speakers were like a rage party and only a few No shade provided Asked for a second key as friend worked and days we were separate Only 1 key to a room. Very bad On booking said free breakfast but on arrival was not on booking all bull.... Not a friendly place to stay.

Great experience. staff is very very coperative. Whole property is nice. each staff behaviour was very good. Room service was very good. food quality A Grade. you must staty here if you Planning to stay in north goa. cleaniness in whole property was up to the mark. I would definetaly visit this Place

Luxurious rooms and hotel overall, incredible food and even better staff and service.. Special mention for Altaf in the restaurant..he is a true Gem and host! Overall fantastic experience! Poolside is one of the best visually and maintenance wise as well..Will visit again for sure

During dinner at the hotel restaurant, Veg order was swapped for a shrimp based dish. My spouse got a severe allergic reaction upon consuming and had to be rushed to the hospital emergency room for intervention. General Manager despite being briefed by the F&B team had switched off his phone and was unavailable for the night. Property management was missing at critical time

Had a wonderful stay for 6N/ 7Days with family . Extremely well managed property where one can experience relaxed and comfortable vacation . Check in / check out was seamless with warm and welcoming team , with special mention to Jeruel Paul , Manager Sales and Marketing. The F&B was excellent with breakfast buffet menu having multiple options & different spread each day , managed by efficient F&B Team . Location wise the property is conveniently located near Chapora Fort , Vagator & Anjuna beaches . It’s a beautiful hotel which I would definitely visit during my next vacation in Goa and recommend to my friends & family . Kudos to the entire management and team of Ramada . Cheers !!!

I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the efforts the staff takes for well being of the guest They really are very very co operative . I would Specially mention Mr Altaf and team for tasty food and all management there at restaurant Ms Lisa and Mr Kousheia are really helpful people around The other staff are also well trained and helpful It is my best experience ever in any hotel

Amazing experience at Ramada Vagator.. Superb service by Lisa at front desk and her manager. buffet breakfast spread was too good and restaurant staff also outstanding. Location also very convenient. Shops and cafés are at walking distance..

While the stay for 2 nights was great. The third day check out was something that I can NEVER forget. I had dropped my car for valet the second night. While we were checking out the next day at 12.30, surprisingly ours was the only car that was brought up to the main lobby door and was parked in a way that my car back was almost touching the plantation. I, having to set my luggage in the dicky, observed the manager in white shirt (which is unusual) who was standing there to help us and tried to drive my car a little forward and he was very nervous and upset standing at the back. However even after me trying to set the luggage he was not moving at all from the back left corner of my car and helped in closing the dicky. Finally till we left everyone were watching us and after a couple of hours drive from goa, I started feeling rattling sound in the back, stopped car and when observed, there is a major damage to the back left which appeared to be a major hit to the pillar and scratched the whole left back corner while taking off the car from that pillar. I'm 100% sure that it would have happened while valet team was parking car in hotel cellar and all the helpful drama the manager played is all to cover this whole mess up and make us leave the place. Unfortunately, its a 100% loss of trust in the brand , wyndham. How much ever great the rooms are, managers and employees like these wipe off the whole brand value ALL IN ONE MOMENT. I know there wouldnt be much happening even if I write this, but I feel I'm deceived. I'm now having to spend approximately 25k for getting my broken light and bumper fixed and repainted. FYI, its an SUV, ISUZU Mux, Brown color. You can clearly observe all this looking at my car visuals while entering on May 31st night and while going out, checking out on 1st June at 12.30 PM. Not sure what resolution can you provide, but Im just waiting for a call from management to see if they can understand my concern about trust, loyality.
