Breakfast was good. The room is good. The staff seems new and a bit confused. Overall the stay is good.

Service war Super die Leute waren Hilfsbereit freundlich und kompetent. Konnte nicht besser sein. Zimmer sind bequem gewesen aber der Badezimmer war ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig.

Stayed here as a stop on the way to family. The hotel is very clean and modern, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast here as well and can’t fault it, a help yourself buffet which is great. Highly recommend to anyone if you’re after a clean and tidy hotel.

Modern facilities in the rooms were visually really nice. The shower was good. The heating was poor though, and bearly worked, which is surprising for such a modern building. We stayed when it was 2 degrees outside and even with the temperature turned up to maximum it was cool in the room, which isn't what you need at that time of the year.

Great value and comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the first time - we’ll definitely stay again. Breakfast fantastic - and the staff were all top class too. I stayed on my own for one night in a Premier Plus room on the 4th floor - very quiet with everything that you could need in the room. Coffee machine a great touch to have. Then, I was joined by my family for 2 nights in a family room on the 3rd floor. All very good but without the little extra luxuries..but they’re still very nice rooms.

We were flying out of Birmingham Airport early the following morning, so decided to stay @ PI Solihull the night before. It looks relatively new, with new-ish carpets and un-marked furniture. Location was perfect, right next to a Multi-Storey and plenty of eateries around. Usual spacious room, very quiet. We didn't stay from Breakfast, but I guess it would be up to the same usual PI standard. Would definitely stay there again.

this was my 1st trip to premier inn and i was so surprised and the service and also the the bed i do not sleep well in hotels but this was so good i slept well but i did have a very bad cold . breakfast was good but was not feeling it because of my cold the staff made my break so helpful and friendly

An experience that was refreshing, uplifting, and inspiring. I visited the hotel, and encountered a staff member who happened to be the manager, this person's name was Sean. I just want to say after interacting with this person and experiencing the way they treated me, I had to write something. This manager actually truly showed what being a manager is all about. The courtesy, and continuous seeking to provide convenience, and a high calibre experience, was outstanding. For every query that I had, the response was one with the atmost friendliness, and one I should add, underlined with willingness, listening, and understanding. The most impressive thing about my interaction with this person was that they were genuine and sincere. This was not an encounter with a robotic type of manager, not at all. Thier people skill display was first-rate, they clearly love their career, and It is clear to see how they achieved their role. I most definitely recommend this hotel to any visitor. Thank you Sean

When I go away solo (rarely) I tend to use Premier Inn where possible. I find their rooms clean and functional with excellent mattresses. There is usually a good breakfast on offer. I found that Solihull Premier Inn ticked all these boxes and my one night stay was pleasant and uneventful

Freshly updated, this premier inn is styled in the new look format, and it didn't disappoint. The corridors and my room all smelt of new carpet, and the room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly with a nice welcome and the bar staff were also pleasant and helpful. This would be a 5 star review, if it weren't that breakfast was stone cold.

Was given a room directly above the bin storage area. The bins were collected at 6am and the noise woke us up. It was so noisy for around 10 minutes there was no chance of going back to sleep. Also some noise during the night from other guest arguing. Told reception when leaving about the noise from the bins to be told ‘yes we know they are really noisy’ so why put someone in that room to begin with. Really disappointed, won’t be returning

We recently stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel lovely + newly renovated . Only problem inside the hotel room was lack of insulation between floor of room above + our ceiling. We were kept awake by guests in above room running up + down + general bad noise disturbance. Every sound from above can be heard so bad sleep for us night 1. Hotel staff helped by going to speak with the guests in room above. Night 2 new guests in room above who were quiet in comparison. Hotel and staff lovely top marks to them. Watch out with limited parking we got parking tickets + are going to contest them as there are signs in the hotel which indicate no charge till 10am.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, as always. A special 'Thanks' goes to Debbie and her colleagues who arranged a breakfast table for our group of 10 and who very kindly included an unexpected treat to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. A very kind gesture from a friendly and welcoming Premier Inn team.
