El Dorado Seaside Palms, Catamarán, Cenote & More Inclusive

The resort was absolutely amazing! From dawn till dusk, the entertainment was top-notch! The food was heavenly, but what stole the show was the incredible staff—truly exceptional! I can't thank them enough! We're already buzzing with excitement for our family trip next year!

We cannot thank the amazing team enough for guiding us through the full Balam Mayan Experience around Naay Spa palms. My hubby Eunan & daughter Kirsty highly recommend! We closed the year 2024 with the full experience. The Mayan shaman Tacho Quetzal and his team guided us through the temazcal ceremony, harmonising the 3 of us to the 4 elements and opened our respect for the Mayan culture and the jungle. The mixologist Antonio Guichard skillfully created the delicious drinks to accompany the 7 course gourmet food, created with expertise and love for Mayan México cuisine, by talented chefs and supported by an awesome team. Thank you to everyone involved! It's definitely worth the money and we'd recommend doing the full experience 4-5 hours of water therapy, amazing massage, temazcal ceremony and the 7 course meal. Go see Naay Spa or ask your concierge. We went home with more love in our hearts and soul enhancing guidance to welcome 2025. We feel so privileged to have spent our precious time with the best of what this resort offers! Everyone that works at the resort treats you like royalty and all take pride in their work. The gardens are beautiful too. We're already booked to return for the next new year holiday!! The food is always gourmet standard, the drinks are top shelf, the activities are fun, the palms beach is beautiful and full of tropical fish. Snorkeling at palms was a better experience than taking a catamaran out to the reef! All rooms no matter how much they cost or what decor they have, they're all really comfortable and very clean and your mini bar is fantastic with regular restocks. Getting around is easy, just thumb a lift when you see a golf cart. The entertainment is fabulous too. We had a wonderful time at El.dprado Seaside Palms! The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and full of charm. We stayed at the Oceanfront suite and had a great view! One of the highlights of our stay was the clay-pot painting activity – it was such a fun and creative experience. A special shoutout to Maria, Angel, and Luis, who were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and made the activity extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Mexico!

Loved the king size bed the spa the beach the drinks love that it feels like a family and community we sadly missed painting coconuts but were able to make incense with lovely people and meditate bring you’re own googles and hit the beach we loved it I would say my home away from home because we definitely want to come back

We’ve had another fantastic 10 days holiday at El Dorado Palms. The weather has been great and the evenings have been comfortable to sit on the beach and watch the entertainment, such as the fire show which was spectacular. A special thanks goes to the beach butlers Clevin and Gabriel, who’ve always found us a space on the beach! To the waitresses like Lurdy who’ve helped keep our fluids up throughout the day, Sprite only of course! To the butlers Ana, Azael, Alturo and Julian who’ve made our stay so memorable including help to surprise my wife with a private dining experience for two at the beach gazebo for her ‘big’ birthday (not allowed to say how old!) Also for me personally, who normally only sits on the beach reading a good book, I’d like to thank the Entertainment Team, especially Maria who’s always got a smile on her face and words of encouragement! To Fernanda and Carlos, who keep me going on the volleyball court after a long day. They’ve all made me feel so welcome and encouraged me to try everything from the volleyball (which I now love), to table tennis in the wind! The new team clearing the morning seaweed work tirelessly to make the beach look amazing, even ‘Speedy Gonzales’ the JCB driver, who perhaps should slow done just a little bit. Lastly to Gloria in the Arrecifes restaurant, who’s always been my favourite ‘egg maker’, who’s now my favourite ‘taco maker’, thanks for helping me improve my peogen Spanish! Muchas Grasias!!

Great resort with wonderful staff from arriving to leaving never missed anything great food. Only the a la carte are hard to book and walk in only if you buy an $80 bottle of wine . The rooms were great in the 26 building our friends were in 2502 and very loud every night with music playing until one.
