Tudo maravilhoso. Banheiro, canais de TV, ar condicionado, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Tudo limpinho, comida e atendimento muito bom! Localização muito boa, ao lado do Shopping e próximo de clínicas e outros prédios comerciais. Sem dúvidas, super recomendo!!!!

Uma experiência maravilhosa desde a chegada. Equipe super atenciosa, acomodações lindas, confortáveis, limpeza nota 10, restaurante incrível com comida saborosíssima. No check in recebi um voucher de um drik cortesia, o quarto estava climatizado. Super recomendo! Nota 10!

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao shopping e dos melhores locais da cidade! Muito bem cuidado e quartos confortáveis! Recomendo a estadia e retornarei sempre que preciso! Muito bom atendimento, cordiais. Café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções!

O hotel precisa de uma zeladoria mais cuidadosa. Embora a cama e travesseiros sejam muito confortáveis me incomoda muito o bolor nos azulejos do banheiro dando uma má impressão de sujeira embora o quarto seja limpo. A cortina com black out também merece uma atenção pois a barra está bem suja. A ducha do chuveiro é bem forte e agradável. Localização excelente ao lado do shopping e próximo a vários restaurantes na beira do rio.

Estava sozinho e solicitei cama de casal, pedi a recepcionista. Ela deixou eu subir e ver que era uma cama minúscula de solteiro. Pedi ajuda mas disseram que não poderiam fazer nada, avisam informado à agência que fez minha reserva que só tinha cama solteiro, se quisesse bem. Era tudo que eles poderiam fazer. E detalhe, depois de dirigir 10 horas, escolhi o hotel pensando no conforto, pagando um preço fora do mercado, mais caro que um hotel na beira mar em fortaleza, para dormir numa cama que parece a poltrona do do meio do avião com fileira de três poltronas da gol, as mãos em cima da barriga para não cair da cama. Decepcionado com a falta de proatividade de querer ajudar.
