The forest is not merely an expression or representation of sacredness, nor a place to invoke the sacred; the forest is sacredness itself. It’s a living cathedral! This little stand-alone private studio has had a few different uses over the years-workshop, wine tasting room, music room-but we finally decided it is just too special to leave it empty. So we added a bathroom, sleep area, refrigerator, sink, TV, internet, a little breakfast/eating bar, and just recently, a new hot tub so you can sip your morning drink while enjoying the mountain views. It has become a comfy place for our guests when they come to visit. A view of the Cascades mountain range to the east, and the pond and pastures next to us are all right outside the window.
