Everything was very good during my stay, just one detail that they still haven't returned my $100 deposit, it was for Wednesday and it's already Friday and it hasn't arrived yet!

房間不錯，周邊環境很棒，就靠近FREE Way，打車去機場也就30分鐘，治安良好，配備洗衣房，可以自己洗衣服，早餐雖然是美式，但是東西都還不錯。值得推薦！

酒店隔音效果不好，但服務生態度特別好。環境很好。房間裏廚房設施齊全，就是冰箱小了點。但一個人住非常不錯的選擇。

We only stayed here for one night after I got out of eye surgery - and left very early next morning for a follow-up appt. with Dr....bed was super comfortable, water pressure in shower was excellent as was hot water...very quiet...breakfast was good also...easy check-in and out...front desk staff very friendly...would stay here again if needed

I arrived later in evening and it was dark and cold. Very quick check in. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The snowstorm kind of put a damper on the parking and the cleanliness of the entryway and not, but it was wonderful. They were very friendly and I can actually get there and park with no problem. I really appreciate it because a lot of the hotels were booked and then I don’t know what I would’ve done and unless you guys were open with rooms.

The check in/out was pleasant, the staff was very nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfy.

Bed was very comfortable and despite being near I24, the room was very quiet (as was the HVAC). Hotel staff were very courteous. Breakfast was OK.
Two concerns:
1. The cleaner they use is very fragrant/strong and could affect those who are sensitive.
2. The shower is pretty bad in that you really have to spend a lot of time adjusting the handle for water temp- it’s only tolerable in a a very small range.
