La Luna Hotel

Great break, views, service, food, everything. George and spiros made you feel at home and very welcoming. Everything spotless , restaurant ,bar area . 5th time to skiathos and by far the best we have stayed at. They both work there socks off to make your stay great Reg and Jan ( room ) 13 6th may to 27th may.

Sea views as described Rooms 1st block behind reception which was nearer. The brothers running the hotel including methos were exceptionally good Nothing too much trouble, food was good For lunch or evening meal The breakfast bit steep @ 15 euros But worth the money Room was a split level room so plenty of room cleaned everyday Couldn't fault one bit Except the hill which if you want the views that's what is to be expected. Can't wait to go back and I never go back to a same place just perfect

We chose La Luna with a ‘we must pick one tonight’ mindset, it turned out to be the most amazing family run hotel we could have imagined. The brothers Spiros/George were amazing with their unmatchable service and made us feel like guests in their home every moment of the day. Not even 24 hours later, we miss it. The brothers and their whole team are professionals in every sense of the word from the warmest welcome to the breakfast you need for a day out or lounging around their perfect swimming pool. A small walk from a dozen restaurants and a few stunning beaches it is the ideal location to ‘try it all’. The food from the pool bar was all delicious, we rated it over most of the restaurants we visited. Great coffee, cocktails and ice cold Mythos. Whatever you need they have it. Great facilities and the hotel room was ideal. The hotel is modern and far superior in person to the photos online. The cleaners provide an impeccable service. We really can’t fault them on anything and plan to return in the future.

There are no superlatives to describe this hotel! Congratulations to the staff for everything they do day in and day out! Even though it was the end of the season, the services did not drop in standards, everything was kept in maximum cleanliness, from the room to the dining room and surroundings. Check in was done quickly and at check out we could stay longer in the room until release, without being rushed. The guys who manage the hotel are always smiling and attentive to the customers. The parking lot is wide enough, we always found a place for our rental car. The room was spacious, with a superb sea view, the bathroom is airy, with sufficient consumables and fluffy and very clean towels, changed whenever was necessary. We were surprised to find the refrigerator in the room stocked with 6 large bottles of still water, enough for the entire stay. Very rich breakfast, as we've seen on few occasions in Greece. We appreciated the delicious traditional dishes such as Spanakopita, Portokalopita, Galaktopita, Baklava and others equally tasty and fresh. They didn't miss anything, from fruit, yogurt, soy milk and almonds, apple tarts, scrambled eggs, fried and boiled eggs, crispy bacon and sauteed mushrooms, various types of cheeses and salami, some refreshing juices and others. The pool had a sensational view of the sea, but we didn't use it as there were so many beaches to choose from. We would come back here anytime, thank you for a wonderful stay in an unforgettable place!

Wow what a hotel to stay in. Great views,great staff(the two brothers run a tight ship),cleanliness exceptional, food from hotel very good and well priced. La Luna is on a hill but lifts to rooms if needed. Bus stop 20 and 21 close. We always used 21 as less busy and closer up the hill. Option of having breakfast each day was good. We had it on 1st and last day,great view for breakfast over Troulos bay and good breakfast choice. Toaster,kettle,hot plate,fridge,cutlery,plates and glasses in room. Only 5 min walk to beach and 10-15 mins to restaurants which were all very good but our favourite was Victoria’s.

We have just got back from a wonderful stay at La Luna , what can I say that has not already been said ? Well we I’m not too good on my pins anymore and a hotel on a very steep hill is not the place for me to be staying, but how wrong was I . We had an apartment right next to the lift which the guys had arranged, which was so kind and took away the worry . The room was really light and fresh and kept spotlessly clean by our cleaner , which we never seen but high praise to her and fellow workers , the guys that run this amazing hotel are a breath of fresh air and nothing was too much trouble . All in all a wonderful stay . Thank you La Luna x see you again x
