Nobody came to clean or change our towels

We traveled to Skegness to meet my husband and friends at the pier as they completed their 108 mile walk from Leicester LOROS hospice to the pier. I have not stayed in Skegness before and if I ever did again I would definitely stay at the Premier Inn . Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. My 9 year old was impressed with the WiFi to use his switch !

Arrived tired and soggy after a day out locally in terrible weather to find a queue at the check in desk and only one member of staff. One check in machine was working while the other was out of order but when putting in our details it said we were not able to use the machine for our check in. No idea why. Finally got to the front of the queue where staff member apologised for the wait and explained their colleague was ill which left them short staffed. We were allocated a first floor room which was larger than the average premier inn room and very clean. Have stayed in a few other premier inns lately which have been dirty. However, only one towel in the family room for three so had to go back to reception. A/c was working but room still too hot, despite it being chilly (for end of May) and wet outside. I’m the sort of person who is always cold so it was very warm! Meant we all slept badly as the quilt is so thick too. Windows do not open so no way to cool the room down. Beds comfy but very creaky so disturbed sleep. Woken at 6am to noise from downstairs (hotel or the pub/restaurant was beneath us) and people walking about above us - water pipes constantly switching on and off like a washing machine or dishwasher going, large bins or trolleys being moved about and general banging. Would not rush back as it was an expensive night for a premier inn at £155.

We had a family room for the night before heading to Butlins the following day. The room was clean, facilities were good. Loved the power shower and bath! Breakfast was good, especially with the children eating free, wide selection & tasty food. Perfect location & king-size bed was so comfy! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff could not do enough to help us. I would easily give them 5 stars out of 5.

When visiting this hotel we were supposed to be in a Premier room but when we arrived there was a problem with the room we were downgraded. As we were supposed to have a fridge we brought items to go into this. Our experience on arrival was appalling

Lovely clean hotel, beds very comfortable and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would 100% stay here again
