Premier Inn Skegness Seafront

The room was 10/10 very clean and facilities to enjoy a cuppa in room the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay pleasant and advising us on the places to visit in Skegness staff also very friendly and breakfast was great in all we had a very pleasant stay here would recommend people to stay here as close to all facilities right in the middle of Skegness to be able to park up and walk will definitely be booking up again in the near future

On arrival we found the receptionist quite unhelpful, not looking at us. We asked if okay to park as we were a little early. She responded by just telling us the parking machine was outside. It would be helpful to have some guidance on costs etc. explaining the process. Our room was clean overall but the right side curtain was hanging down and we had only two cups. There were four of us. There were no glasses either. There was some debris under the bedside. Our worst experience was with the Cookhouse and Pub with very rude staff and limited seating for drinks. In the evening we popped in and spoke to the blonde lady with glasses (didn’t catch their name), she didn’t look at us, carried on with what she was doing and said ‘those three tables only for drinks, nowhere else’. My son went to order some garlic bread and was told at 8.45pm the kitchen was closed. We later witnessed people being handed menus and food coming out. The same lady was overheard saying “ it’s that time now where they all need to leave”. It’s a shame as we’ve stayed there many times. We spotted a Traveldoge being built. The Premier inn has always been great, maybe a bit more competition will boost the customer service and experience.

Booked 2 rooms for a family overnight trip to Skegness. We’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times before. The good: Very friendly staff. Good food and drink selection in the Restutant. Location is excellent. Only a few minutes to the beach and centre of Skegness. Great breakfast. The not so good: Our rooms this time needed to be cleaned better. See pictures. Mould in the grout. Hooks missing from the curtain rail. Dust on surfaces and coat hangers. You have to pay for parking now, which used to be free. Only £3 but should be included if you are a guest. Overall a great overnight stay with family. Will we come again. Yes, of course.

Great stay with my children. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly through out the stay especially zena who engaged with the children asking them about their trip when ever we saw her. It made my little girl smile every time. We checked out today but will definitely be back soon

Iv wanted to stay at this hotel for a while but price has held me back. Me and my family finally managed to get a booking in and was disappointed. The location and restaurant attached to the hotel is great however room is dirty, walls all marked up. You pay for parking. Single bed was so worn down it has a dent in the middle causing you to only be able to sleep in the middle. Very uncomfortable. As I got onto the floor it smelt of cigarettes. Highly disappointed and feel so ripped off with the price. I paid 150 pounds per night. Never again will I go back

Great stay.. the only downside is you do only get one pillow so we had to ask for more.. we got two more so we had to debate over who was having them. Rooms are a little small when the extra beds are in. Other than that it’s spot on and has everything you need. Parking for £3 for 24 hours is fantastic value!
