Our second visit here in 3 months, booking to return in September. A great location, clean room and linen, pool an added bonus with the warm weather, again looked after by the team (Cindy, Faustine and new recruit Ben). Location ideal for beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, to explore inland, 2 hour drive to Nice, so for us the best place to discover South of France away from the crowds of Cannes, St Tropez. Highly recommend.

We were completely disappointed with the accommodations. The whole hotel was in bad condition, without paint on the outside and as abandoned, the room was no exception. Poorly laid out, the sofa bed mattresses were old and super uncomfortable, the double bed had a hard mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and it did not have all the necessary kitchen utensils, there was no coffee maker, nor to heat the water. Incidentally, the water service was cut off and we were left without water for several minutes, without warning. The bathroom was horrible. The only good thing was the attention of the receptionist. We left the hotel a day early because we couldn't stand it anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT The hotel was assigned 4 stars. I don't know which blind person gave it that rating. We would not have given it 4 negative stars.

Résidence d'un autre temps. Tout est rudimentaire. Aucune insonorisation, pas de climatisation, endroit repoussant. Nous avons détesté. Des années se sont passées entre les photos du site et la réalité. Préférez une nuit à la belle étoile si vous n'avez pas le choix.

Points positifs: bon accueil Piscine agréable Parking souterrain apprécié surtout l’été À 10 mn à pied de la plage Points négatifs propreté médiocre aussi bien dans couloirs que dans l’appartement Mauvaise literie avec matelas en mousse Mobilier de premier prix usagé ou en mauvais état Et en été. Pas de Clim ( des ventilateurs sont néanmoins dans les appartements)

DES VOLEURS !!!!! Suite a un accident de voiture nous ne pouvons pas venir, nous contactons l hotel car nous sommes passé par booking et n avons pas pris l annulation gratuite (booking nous dis qu ils font une demande exceptionnel auprès de l hôtel pour annuler et que la direction de l hôtel est la seule a pouvoir accepter...) Nous demandons juste de modifier les dates quitte a perdre un peu d argent. La directrice refusera catégoriquement et empochera l intégralité de la somme (368euro) alors que nous n avons pas mis un orteil dans son établissement a cause d un accident de voiture, ce qui n est déjà pas très drôle. C est une honte et du vol.

Concernant la situation, l’établissement est proche de la plage ( mais pas de sable fin! ) La piscine est décevante par rapport aux photos du site où elle apparaît très grande. De plus pas de surveillance donc les gens sautent, crient, emmènent des matelas gonflables, jouent au ballon….. bref comme à la maison Absence de bornes de charge pour le véhicule et la réception ne savait pas où il y en avait. Appartement en réz de jardin à l’arrière du bâtiment donc sans soleil de la journée et en présence de souris dans les troènes qui longent la terrasse. Voilà, pour 1400€ la semaine je trouve que nous pourrions avoir mieux …..

arrivée un dimanche soir, l'appartement était dans un état de saleté déplorable , sols pas fait, coin cuisine très limite, vaisselle sale ... literie médiocre et équipement spartiate deux points positifs : propreté de la piscine et parking accessible dommage nous ne reviendrons pas

Nous avions réservés pour 3 nuits, impossible de rester plus de 2 nuits ( évidemment pas de geste). Appartement hyper sale, logement bruyant. Du fait de l'absence de climatisation nous avions laissés les fenêtres ouvertes, impossible de dormir, du bruit toute la nuit du a la proximité de la route et du local poubelle. Bref si vous souhaitez un séjour paisible en famille, fuyez garden city.

Les plus la localisation , la gentillesse du personnel . Les moins pas de clim donc en été c’est invivable impossible de dormir, on est obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes du coup chaleur et bruit , cette nuit c’était jusqu’à 4h du mat , propreté laisse à désirer murs sales et taches , rideaux sales , sols pas lavé depuis un moment je pense ..pas de savon dans la salle de bain , les matelas ne sont pas protégés d’aleses juste le drap , l’ancien locataire avait omis de jeter sa poubelle , Malheureusement nous ne renouvellerons pas l’expérience chez vous .. alors que cela pourrait être tellement bien avec quelques améliorations , nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit car je ne serais pas resté une semaine . Dommage
