Sono stato loro cliente nel 95, nel 99 e una settimana con mio figlio sempre tra il 95 ed il 99. È passato dunque del tempo, accidenti 25 anni e più,sembra. L' Hotel era Ottimo in tutti gli aspetti e mi piacque molto soggiornarvi. Nel 1999 l' Hotel organizzò un Veglione di Fine Anno con un buffet di cibi che nel corso della mia vita ho ricordato per qualità, varietà e abbondanza mai viste prima con tanto di sfilata degli chefs in stile tedesco con vassoio tenuto alto. Mi sono permesso di scrivere questo per ricordare il lavoro della Famiglia Zemmer. Auguri a tutti.
