Just an amazing oasis of comfort and relaxation in Sitges! The Sabàtic Sitges Hotel is truly a phenomenal hotel, with beautiful interiors and all the comforts you could wish for. On arrival the team at Reception was just so warm and welcoming, which echoed throughout the hotel with every staff we engaged with. Our breakfast experience every day was top class, and the most amazing host Susanah that made sure we never wanted for anything. An incredible hotel with amazing staff... The location is slightly away from the main town area which was perfect for our choice, given our need for some downtime at the hotel... Definitely can't wait to be back.

The is the best hotel we have ever visited. We first stayed for five nights in November 2023. We had planned to spend two weeks touring the Basque region, but after only a week we decided to return to the Sabatic because our first stay was so fantastic. We cannot think of a better compliment for the hotel and especially its staff. First, the building. The hotel had only recently opened, so everything was sparkly new. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with balconies allowing great views of the Mediterranean. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it has two large pools, one of which is adults-only. The common areas are welcoming with high ceilings and well-lit sitting groups to chat or read. The landscaping and gardening in and outside the hotel really adds to its charm. On arrival I parked in front of the hotel, and before I could get the trunk open someone was at my side offering to assist with our luggage. It only got better from this point onwards. We were greeted at the front desk as if we had been staying at the hotel for years. The front desk manager checked us in with an upgrade that he remarked was the best room in the hotel; he was right. We spent the first hour in our room simply looking around and admiring everything. We immediately felt at home. Breakfast every morning was a wonderful smorgasbord of treats. One could stay for two weeks without eating the same thing twice. They also offered hot items such as eggs cooked to order. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The housekeepers were also very friendly and especially thorough. Our room was always cleaned to perfection when we were away. It was as if they waited for us to leave the hotel and then rushed to clean our room. During our second stay I developed a medical problem that required a doctor's visit. They scheduled an emergency appointment with a doctor, drove us to my appointment, and finally picked us up at the clinic and drove us back to the hotel. We felt as if we were family members. I just made reservations for our third stay within a year!

Massive thanks to the lovely staff, Marc the manager was a superstar and fixed a booking issue that threatened to spoil the whole stay. He did this without fuss and was gracious and professional. Every member of staff we met was friendly and warm. The hotel is immaculate, service was outstanding . Location is fab, a 10 min walk or 5 min shuttle to town. Room was lovely and so comfortable. Pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and best of all runs till 11 am. It was very nearly perfect. This is a new ish hotel and is set to expand, to be totally perfect it needs to pick up on just a couple of things. Hot water was hit and miss, the best we got was Luke warm. Only other thing might be to make some allowances for people that are there for a longer stay, pantry area was great but could do with plates cutlery etc especially when travelling with kids. Would not hesitate to recommend this place, everyday was like an exercise in how customer service should be, well done to the very hard working staff

The vibe is exactly how a holiday should feel. From the moment we stepped in the hotel staff wanted to make us feel welcome and special. They are incredibly friendly and professional; I have never experienced such genuinely nice hotel staff who seemed to enjoy making every part of our stay the best it could be. Above & beyond! Rooms & communal areas are modern & spacious. Perfect location away from the hubbub. A 10-min walk to beach & restaurants. Hotel puts on free shuttle bus every 20 mins if you’re feeling lazy or too hot to walk! Great food all day, and breakfast is an outstanding standard. The pool areas are ideal; sunbeds always available, staff on hand to cater to every need. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for. We will be back, for sure.

THE BEST hotel in Sitges by far. We visit Sitges every year and have been for the last 10 years. We’ve stayed in various hotels but this has exceeded all expectations. The hotel is immaculate. Rooms are spacious, facilities amazing, service outstanding - and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful. We travel a lot and stay in high-end hotels, and this place is up there with the best. Sitges has needed a place like this for a long time. Going forward, we’ll always be staying here when we’re in town.

This was a nice hotel in Sitges and for the most part we enjoyed our stay. The one thing that really frustrates me about the hotel is the breakfast-why do they end it so early?! Sitges is a very late night city and everyone sleeps in. The breakfast service ends promptly at 11AM and they try to rush everyone out of the dining room by then. Almost all (75%) of the hotel guests eat their breakfast between 10:30 and 11AM and the dining room gets very crowded during that time. I wish management would take note of the guest preferences and extend the breakfast hours until 11:30 or noon. Just a little extra time would make a huge difference and make the mornings more relaxed. If you do happen to miss breakfast, you are out of luck because there is nothing around the hotel. You would need to walk for 10-15 minutes just to get a croissant/coffee unless you want to eat a cheeseburger or deep fried cod fritters for breakfast from room service. Every morning felt very rushed and I wish our holiday could have been a bit more relaxing so we could have started our days at a more leisurely pace. I really wanted to like this hotel but I was disappointed and thought that it was dramatically overpriced at 400 euros/night. Especially given that it is about 15 minutes outside of the town, the gym was not very well equipped (a small yoga studio with a few light weights), and the limited breakfast hours.

The Sabatic is as stunning as ever. Every part of the hotel is as perfect and beautiful now as it was when it opened two years ago. The rooms are high quality, the pool is so lovely with a very good food menu with food brought to your bed. Breakfast is just fantastic - there’s even an eggs Benedict station outside! My only one downside in my visit this year was one female staff member who regularly runs the pool club bar has started playing quite loud party music. This isn’t usual as the music is normally lower and chilled. When she wasn’t on shift, other staff adhered to this. I spoke to the always fabulous reception manager who said he would sort it right away as this isn’t the vibe the hotel wants. Other than that this hotel is the very very best in Sitges,
