Hotel Sitges is a quirky hotel. The foyer is decorated in a tasteful manner. The rooms are modern, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The a/c is amazing and kept us cool during the hot days and nights. We didn’t eat at the hotel for breakfast but the buffet looked well stocked and enough choice to satisfy most needs. I would like to thank Rosa on Reception for being very helpful when hiring e-bikes. She went out of her way to help. She was also chatty and friendly. The hotel is out of town but close to one of the many beaches. We did not mind the walk to local restaurants and bars. We would stay at the Hotel Sitges again. Thank you.

位置在居民區 非常安靜 離市中心開車五分鐘，前台也很熱情，唯一的缺點是房間內房門沒有額外的門鎖，感覺不是很放心，但周邊治安確實不錯，都是度假的人

自駕住這裏很方便，門口沿街可以免費停車，周圍是居民區很安靜，雖然不在城中心，但是距離海邊很近，酒店裝修也是花了心思，整體房間性價比很高～前台服務態度也很高，推薦～ 下午才能check in，太早到的話行李寄存是行李櫃，不是放前台，稍微有些麻煩

Bonito hotel, limpio. Habitaciones pequeñas pero con lo suficiente para estar cómodo. Carolina la recepcionista es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarte y explicarte lo que necesites.

Ist in Ordnung. Alles ein bisschen klein, aber sauber. Personal freundlich. Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert.

This hotel was absolutely terrible! We travelled there with family and booked a family room. Family room was located in old building behind the actual hotel building. It was in very poor shape. The pictures on hotel's website didn't tell the truth, not at all. In our room there was a hole in the main door, big enough for the insects and small animals to come in. All the noises in the house came trough the walls. Shower was unpractical. The smell in the room wasnt too fresh either. The 'garden area' was messy with all kind of strange stuff on the yard. Swimming pool was small and cold, surroundid by artificial grass. Luckily we stayed only one night because the hotel staff wasn"t too helpful either. I would never come back here again.

Plus points: The hotel was very smart and modern, set in nice surroundings, about 10 mins walk from the beach, and 20 mins into the heart of the town. There is a tourist train stop at the promenade that goes directly into the centre. Negative points: The bathroom was tiny, and the shower only had a large overhead shower, so be prepared to get wet hair, as no shower caps supplied. The bathroom window did not open. Bedroom was quite small, no seating areas, no fridge, or tea/coffee facilities. We had to fill the sink with cold water to chill our water bottles. The aircon had two settings, either freezing cold or hot! The room was light even with the shutters down. Irritating lights in the room, i.e., a bright white light under the TV. Green light above the door, and another glowing green light box on the wall, which we have no idea what that was for! We felt like we were in the middle of the Blackpool illuminations! We were in the annexe building next to the hotel. There wasn't a lift to our floor, there were four rooms per corridor, and you could hear every noise from the neighbouring rooms. Toilets flushing, people's ablutions! The worst thing for us was the couple next door, screaming and shouting next to our room, who used threatening behaviour when we knocked on their door twice to ask them to be quiet. This went on from 11.45pm until 2 30 am. Be aware that there is no reception staff present in the hotel after 12 am. I had to phone the number on the keycard and ask a staff member to come and speak to the noisey guest. We felt very scared and vulnerable as the guest was kicking our door and shouting abuse. When we spoke to the reception staff member the next day, she was apologetic but seemed unconcerned. I would certainly not recommend this hotel. It is very expensive for what you get, and in my opinion, it is not safe not to have a staff member on reception to deal with only issues

Visit Sitges Every year with my husband this year as husband 70 we were a group of ten of us, mid 50’s to 70 for a 70th birthday. I had the lovely garden room view of pool and spacious outside area. Room was modern, clean, lovely shower and good outside space. Good choice and value at breakfast but tables were not being cleaned and piling up on table which I had to keep removing. The breakfast lady on last days stay 23rd was not nice at all. Bar was really nice and bar staff were great. Receptionist was at times unfriendly and at times unhelpful and dismissive. Man who checked us in on are late arrival first day was really nice and friendly. Contacted hotel 2/3 weeks before arrival to see if they could arrange a Birthday cake for my husband I did not receive a reply. Although this was the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, in Sitges, but because of some of the unfriendly staff I would not return here again which is a shame as it is a lovely little hotel but some of the staff let you down.

We had a Queen bed that came with a single which we used to put our carryons on. Very small room and bathroom. Bed was very hard. We had ants in our room and bathroom. Not a lot, but enough to be annoying. Our balcony overlooked the garbage area. Although the photos look very nice it really is only a 2 star hotel. The employees were very pleasant. Could not get a coffee without paying 15.50 Euros for full breakfast. Had to walk the 1 km into town to get a coffee. First hotel I stayed in that didn't offer a coffee in the morning. No mini fridge either in your room and no ice available either. One feature that we were interested in was the the bicycles offered. None available and you can't reserve either although it seems others were able to book the bikes. Never got to use them at all. This was expensive for $160 Euros a night. Won't be returning.

Very disappointed with value for money in this hotel I was charged over 4 nights an average of over £200 for a tiny room that you had to shuffle around single bed no space for luggage and hardly any space in tiny wardrobe not appropriate charging for such a small I would never choose this hotel again.

This is a great hotel ideally situated just off the seafront. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, large bathroom with walk in shower. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Something for everyone. The pool area is very peaceful for relaxing. We had no trouble getting a sun lounger. The bar area at the back of the hotel has plenty of tables for a relaxing coffee or drink. Would definitely stay again
