Taxim V&V Apart

This small appartement is a good budget option, surely it's not the Ritz but I found it to be clean and comfortable enough, as a place to just sleep and shower, all of my 4 days here were spent outdoors anyways, exploring this amazing city! Definitely top score for friendliness!! The location is on a hill, walking distance from Taksim square and the airport bus, but the streets here are rather steep, don't bring too much luggage :-) It's in an interesting and local neighborhood...there are several supermarkets and food options in the area. I would definitely stay here again, especially considering the amazing cheap rate I paid!

Disgusting hotel. The bathroom + toilet + sink are assembled so tiny, about 1 m/1 m(around),as for a small kids from kindergarten and the bathroom door can not close it and is made of broken plastic accordion on which the owner has put an elastic band so that guests can close it. Breakfast is in plastic plates, which looked strange and old, which he leave outside in the corridor, beside the stairs on the washing machine. We did not dare to touch the food even out of fear, not to get infected by something. Extremely small kitchen is shared by several floors, and I do not know how it can be used even. The stairs are very, very streamlined with very dirty, old and torn carpet. The neighborhood is very steep, noise and dirty. If you try to complain about something, the owner attacks you, insults you, threatens you extremely arrogantly and even aggressively. We booked upfront extra bed, he promised us, lied to us and didn't show up, and in order not to complain, he offered us a horrible mini room without sheets, underground. After we complained, he started insulting, threatening, and we left. Anyone who is not happy with something there will receive the same aggressive behavior from the owner. We paid for 3 days, stayed for several hours and left, we couldn't stand it. Disgusting place and owner. We do not recommend to anyone.

Забронировал этот отель на середину января через Букинг. Хозяин отеля вместо бронирования денег на карте сразу произвел списание средств. По семейным причинам пришлось отказаться от планов на отпуск. Отменил бронирование. Уже больше месяца не могу добиться возврата средств. Лира упала в цене, хозяин пишет что все вернул на какую то карту 0000. Букинг тоже ничего сделать не может. Инфляция лиры за месяц съела сто евро. Позор таким организаторам бизнеса. Пусть все соседи этого отеля знают, что хозяин отеля не чистоплотный. Я в Турции был очень много раз и никогда не думал, что столкнусь с такой проблемой. Если хозяин прочитает сообщение то мое бронирование ......3223. Все что здесь написано чистейшая правда. Не доверяйте.
