Aqva Boutique Hotel (Adults Only)

The building itself is superbly balanced as far as design in an architectural sense so your visit gets off to a great start. And what a location ! There’s only good vibes at this lovely boutique hotel. The team are very intuitive to what your needs are and willing to offer local advice freely. Food and drink is top-notch and fairly priced for the quality of produce. If you are wishing for peace & quiet, floating on a cloud with no hassles this is the place for any couple wanting some time together. Thanks to all the team from top to bottom. We will be visiting again for sure!

Max, Bettina and team could not have been better hosts in their beautiful and intimate hotel. Breakfasts were fantastic and the location is perfect for ambling into Sirmione or for lounging by the lake/pool. Our boys loved SUP and swimming in the lake. The only problem is dragging yourself from the hotel comforts to go and explore! We will definitely be back in the future!

This is a very personal hotel, built on the owner's, Massimiliano Guidetti, family property, with his wife, Federica Mometto, the architect who created this beauty. We travel a lot and we were delighted to stay at the AQVA, it felt more like a vacation property of friends than hotel. There are not lots of people, it is private and quiet. The hotel rooms have balconies, ours directly overlooked the lake. The design details are modern with accents of history, comfortable and elegant. The pool and waterfront area is perfect for a few people on a sofa with cocktails or couples in the pool, or someone wanting to be waterfront, book in hand. We took the plunge and enjoyed swimming in the lake. Did I mention the excellent service? You will be well looked out for, the discreet staff filling your glass or request. The breakfast was super, fresh juices, beautiful food laid out in an interesting containers, which varied from day to day. The location is near to ferries going to other villages on the lake, and the sites on Sirmione, but who wants to leave?

From the point of booking a year in advance, to checking out, we could not have asked for more! Max and his team, with a special mention for Bettina (front desk) & Danieli (bar) were the perfect hosts. The hotel is ideally placed for a stroll into town or alternatively, a tranquil rest in the grounds, dipping into the pool or the lake to cool down. We were with family and friends celebrating a special birthday and Max, Bettina & Thaomi went out of their way to accommodate all our wishes in advance of our arrival including; private airport transfers, booking restaurant dinner tables & a birthday cake. We were a large party and mindful that this hotel is primarily chosen by couples wanting privacy and peace. If we had to mention any aspect that disappointed, it would be the lack of coffee & tea making facilities in the room. We all felt we missed out on enjoying time on our balconies early or late in the day. However, in the greater scheme of things, this scaled into insignificance as we all felt so comfortable and welcomed.

Fabulous stay with friends in this lovely boutique hotel in Sirmione. Lovely views. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms very comfortable. Made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in prime position and has everything you want for the perfect stay. Outstanding service and excellent food. A short stroll from the town centre. The owners are actually on hand and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. We've stayed in many hotels home and abroad and this is in our "top 3"

What a truly amazing week we had at AQVA with our friends. The hotel is perfect, pool, deck, and hotel itself all absolutely breathtaking. Amazing location, close to all bars & restaurants & ferries to islands. But the most important thing is the owner Max and his team of very professional & attentive staff. They made our holiday a truly unforgettable experience. This is the best hotel - don’t hesitate to book it! Thank you Max!

my wife and I have just returned from staying in this beautiful and cant wait to go back. Lets start with Lake Garda, Everywhere is very pretty and incredibly clean. There isn't much to do apart from wander through small streets popping in and out of little boutiques and then sit and have a glass or 2 of wine and maybe some pizza or pasta whilst people watching and looking at the lake. Pure bliss. getting around by ferry, once you master the time table, us very easy albeit not particularly cheap. You do need to plan your day though as if you miss your desired ferry it could be a long journey on another to get you back to your hotel. Bringing me nicely onto Aqva Hotel. We stayed in Sirmione at this stunningly simple yet classy small hotel. The entire hotel, which only has 18 rooms, is decorated plainly but with style. As you enter the reception you can see straight through the hotel across the gardens and the pool along the hotels own jetty to the Lake itself. A great way to start any holiday. Max, the owner who lives on the top floor with his family, and his team greeted us with warmth in a professional yet very welcoming manner. A full explanation of the hotel and how it operates was given with a great booklet for us to keep whilst enjoying our welcome drink in the garden. Our room was clean and spacious with a view over the lake (some rooms have lake views and others side views). Our Balcony was a corner balcony so we could see both sides of the lake on the Sirmione peninsular. A good Nights sleep and on to breakfast. A wide variety of home made items were available every morning from a self serve buffet that had different items on each day. Anyone expecting a full English will be disappointed. Its the the continent after all but the breakfast is very good. The hotel does a selection of sandwiches and meats for lunch but has no evening restaurant. There is a hotel bar that is open until midnight and prices are very reasonable and they have a good selection of wines and spirits available. The hotel helped us out in advance by suggesting a large number of restaurants for us to investigate in advance covering options from cheap to expensive to meat as a speciality to traditional Italian. they then booked all of these for us in advance. They also booked our hotels transfers to and from Verona. We found all of Max's team were very polite and interactive. More than happy to just chat in general or give advice on the surrounding area. Time always seemed to be available to us. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk outside of the Old Town which for us was perfect. And there is a sunbed for everyone even if the hotel is full! For us we found the hotel to be a very intimate yet homely experience. We couldn't have asked form more. We did feel like we were in Max's home. Overall this was one of our best short stays (5 nights) we have ever had. And the Aqva team went a long way to making that so for us. They were brilliant. Looking to see how we book

The hotel is excellent with a fantastic location, amazing views, great facilities and above all the most friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was exceptional - a huge variety of top quality food, much homemade and all delicious. The owners have created a unique, relaxing and luxurious experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended We only wish we could have stayed longer.
